【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的農(nóng)村教育改革需要"全科型小學(xué)教師"承擔(dān)小學(xué)階段國(guó)家規(guī)定的各門(mén)課程教學(xué)工作、從事小學(xué)教育教學(xué)研究與管理。"全科型小學(xué)教師"培養(yǎng)需要建立"全科化"培養(yǎng)體系,從對(duì)象確定、計(jì)劃編制、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、基地建設(shè)、課程設(shè)置等方面進(jìn)行"全科化"的實(shí)踐探索。"全科化"培養(yǎng)體系也是"全面發(fā)展教育"思想的教師教育實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The reform of rural education in the 21st century requires "general subject primary school teachers" to undertake the teaching work of various courses stipulated by the state at the primary school stage, and to engage in the research and management of primary education and teaching. " It is necessary to establish the "general science" training system for the general subject primary school teachers, and to explore the practice of "general science" from the aspects of object determination, plan preparation, fund input, base construction, curriculum design, and so on. The cultivation system of general science is also the practice of teacher education of the thought of "developing education in an all-round way".
