【摘要】：本研究選取山東省濟(jì)南市Q小學(xué)作為研究對(duì)象,通過訪談發(fā)現(xiàn),該校的科研型教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在著一定問題。為了改善現(xiàn)狀,促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),教師個(gè)人方面,應(yīng)堅(jiān)持自主學(xué)習(xí),不斷反思,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要變通思路,積極尋求高校合作,開展有針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn),營(yíng)造研究氛圍,加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)科研型教師的必要投入,從而提高教師從事科學(xué)研究的能力。
[Abstract]:This study selects Q Primary School in Jinan City, Shandong Province as the research object, and finds that there are some problems in the professional development of scientific research teachers in this school. In order to improve the present situation and promote the professional growth of teachers, the teachers themselves should persist in independent learning and constantly reflect on it. School leaders should adapt their ideas, actively seek cooperation in colleges and universities, carry out targeted training and create an atmosphere of research. Strengthen the necessary input to cultivate scientific research teachers, so as to improve the ability of teachers to engage in scientific research.
