【摘要】：目的了解無錫市青少年嘗試吸煙行為現(xiàn)況及影響因素,為開展學(xué)校控?zé)煿ぷ魈峁┛茖W(xué)依據(jù)。方法 2012年10月對(duì)整群隨機(jī)抽取的無錫市2 467名中小學(xué)生進(jìn)行匿名自填式吸煙知識(shí)行為問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果學(xué)生自報(bào)有嘗試吸煙行為的比例為5.11%,男生高于女生,高年級(jí)學(xué)生高于低年級(jí)學(xué)生,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為21.006,10.507,P值均0.05)。126名嘗試吸煙的學(xué)生中,第一次嘗試吸煙年齡主要分布在7歲(27.78%)和14~15歲(20.63%),第一次嘗試吸煙的場(chǎng)所主要在自己家里(61.86%)和社交場(chǎng)所(18.64%),第一支煙的來源主要為父母給的(44.07%)、自己偷偷拿的(27.73%)和校外朋友給的(22.03%)。嘗試吸煙行為的危險(xiǎn)因素是男生(OR=2.90,95%CI=1.88~4.46)、高年級(jí)(初中OR=3.80,95%CI=1.86~7.76;高中OR=10.84,95%CI=5.21~22.57;高職OR=13.44,95%CI=6.28~28.77)、父親和(或)母親吸煙(OR=1.52,95%CI=1.01~2.30)、校園內(nèi)有人吸煙(OR=2.46,95%CI=1.50~4.04)、曾經(jīng)買過煙(OR=13.71,95%CI=6.50~28.93)和不知曉吸煙危害(OR=2.87,95%CI=1.18~7.00)。結(jié)論青少年缺乏吸煙危害相關(guān)知識(shí)、生活環(huán)境中廣泛存在的吸煙文化和寬松的吸煙環(huán)境是促成學(xué)生發(fā)生嘗試吸煙行為的影響因素。除了向青少年普及煙草危害,還應(yīng)教育家長(zhǎng)減少孩子接觸煙草的機(jī)會(huì),落實(shí)學(xué)校無煙政策。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of attempted smoking among adolescents in Wuxi, and to provide scientific basis for tobacco control in schools.
