教師流動中學校如何實現(xiàn)“新生”

【摘要】:正教師流動犧牲的是學校短時間內(nèi)的平衡發(fā)展,但收獲的是什么呢?2010年,江蘇省政府推動教師輪崗制,規(guī)定按照每年不低于專任教師總數(shù)15%、骨干教師按照每年不低于骨干教師總數(shù)15%的比例進行交流。2010和2011年,我們學校共調(diào)出16位教師,占全校教師總數(shù)的27%,其中10位是"新基礎(chǔ)教育"
[Abstract]:What is sacrificing is the balanced development of schools in a short period of time, but what are the gains? in 2010, the Jiangsu Provincial Government promoted the system of teacher rotation. According to the regulations, 15% of the total number of full-time teachers and 15% of the total number of backbone teachers per year should be exchanged each year. In 2010 and 2011, 16 teachers were transferred out of our school. The total number of teachers in the school is 27, of which 10 are "new basic education"
