基于電子學(xué)檔的移動(dòng)端小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)已被上海市正式納入高校招錄參考之一,《中國(guó)學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)》也明確了以培養(yǎng)“全面發(fā)展的人”為核心。隨著教育改革的深入推進(jìn),綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)作為教育改革的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),不斷被探索與研究。但是筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)由于地區(qū)發(fā)展程度不一、規(guī)范不明等各種因素的限制,在實(shí)施的過(guò)程中還存在許多的問(wèn)題,例如評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)指標(biāo)明確性不強(qiáng),評(píng)價(jià)缺乏具體依據(jù)和參考、評(píng)價(jià)流程復(fù)雜繁瑣流于形式、小學(xué)階段的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)易被忽視、評(píng)價(jià)工具傳統(tǒng)落后等。另一方面,由于近年來(lái)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的形式開(kāi)始從紙質(zhì)化向電子化跨越。然而筆者經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大多綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)電子化系統(tǒng)都是基于Web平臺(tái),其技術(shù)規(guī)范已經(jīng)逐步成熟,相比之下移動(dòng)端系統(tǒng)的研究就顯得比較空白。雖然個(gè)別企業(yè)有過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā),但是使用情況不盡如意,規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)五花八門(mén),內(nèi)容功能也不夠完整。在移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)不斷突破的時(shí)代背景下,時(shí)間更趨向碎片化和靈活化,手持移動(dòng)設(shè)備以其攜帶方便、接觸率高、輕巧靈活、不受地點(diǎn)限制、交互性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì),相比Web平臺(tái)設(shè)備更能滿足使用者隨時(shí)隨地操作的需求。而“電子學(xué)檔”概念的引入,使得綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)支持系統(tǒng)有了具體直觀的參考和依據(jù),更好地發(fā)揮了過(guò)程性評(píng)價(jià)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,筆者研究后提出了現(xiàn)存小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題優(yōu)化方案,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了基于電子學(xué)檔的小學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)模型,并進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與分析,該系統(tǒng)主要包含學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)檔案、綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)、學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)估及體質(zhì)健康四大子系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive quality evaluation has been formally included in Shanghai as one of the references for admission to colleges and universities. "Core Literacy of Chinese students' Development" has also made it clear that the core is to cultivate "people with all-round development". With the development of educational reform, comprehensive quality evaluation, as an important part of educational reform, has been continuously explored and studied. However, the author finds that there are still many problems in the process of implementation due to the different degree of regional development and the limitation of various factors such as unclear norms, such as the lack of clarity of evaluation literacy indicators and the lack of concrete basis and reference for evaluation. The evaluation process is complicated and tedious, the quality training in primary school is easy to be ignored, and the traditional evaluation tools are backward. On the other hand, due to the rapid development of mobile Internet technology in recent years, the form of comprehensive quality evaluation of students began to leap from paper to electronic. However, through investigation and research, the author found that most of the comprehensive quality evaluation electronic systems are based on the Web platform, its technical specifications have gradually matured, by contrast, the mobile system research appears to be relatively blank. Although individual enterprises have been developed, but the situation is not satisfactory, standardized standards, content function is not complete. Under the background of the continuous breakthrough of mobile network, time tends to be fragmented and flexible. Handheld mobile devices have the advantages of convenient carrying, high contact rate, lightness and flexibility, no limitation of location, strong interaction, etc. Compared with Web platform devices, it can meet the needs of users at any time and anywhere. With the introduction of the concept of "electronic learning file", the comprehensive quality evaluation support system has a concrete and intuitive reference and basis, which brings into play the advantages of process evaluation. Therefore, after the study, the author puts forward the optimization scheme of the comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students, and on this basis, constructs a model of the comprehensive quality evaluation system for pupils based on electronic records, and designs and analyzes it in detail. The system mainly includes four subsystems: student growth file, comprehensive quality evaluation, academic evaluation and physical health.
