德陽市小學校園足球現(xiàn)狀的研究

【摘要】:中共中央國務院于2007年頒布了關于《中共中央國務院關于加強青少年體育增強青少年體質的意見》,發(fā)起了廣泛開展“全國億萬學生陽光體育運用”的活動。該活動的發(fā)起體現(xiàn)了國家對體育運用的重視和對青少年健康體質的重視。青少年關系到中國足球長遠發(fā)展的重大問題,如果忽視了青少年足球的發(fā)展,中國足球的明天將被斷送。所以今后中國足球必須把青少年足球發(fā)展當成重中之重的任務。2009年6月10日,國家體育總局和教育部在北京聯(lián)合召開了全國青少年校園足球活動工作會議,正式啟動了全國青少年校園足球活動。為了推動校園足球活動的開展,經國家體育總局和教育部相關部門研究,制定《全國青少年校園足球活動實施方案》。我國于2015年3月26日頒布了《中國足球改革總體方案》來作為我國足球改革與發(fā)展的綱領性文件,從國家的層面明確了足球的戰(zhàn)略意義,站在國家的高度規(guī)劃了足球的改革和發(fā)展,其高度和力度前所未有,中國足球產業(yè)迎來了前所未有的機遇。小學足球也是發(fā)展的極大機會,小學足球活動是以學校為依托,政府發(fā)揮主導作用,整合教育和體育系統(tǒng)各自的優(yōu)勢和資源集中于學校,從而建立人才培養(yǎng)主渠道雖然我國校園足球的開展取得了較好的成效,但是還沒有扎根到小學校園足球文化的建設中,包括一些鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)學校根本沒有涉及到校園足球的建設,因此,足球活動的開展還需要進一步的深入進行,爭取讓全國各地都掛起一陣足球風。德陽市是有著豐富和光輝的足球歷史,為國家隊和國奧隊輸送了很多有分量級的球員。德陽市小學在德陽市政府、德陽市教育局以及學校領導的高度重視和學生家長的大力支持下,成為德陽市最璀璨的足球星工場,他們傳承了優(yōu)良的足球文化,這些都是德陽市小學一直處于校園足球領先階段的關鍵因素。本文主要采用了問卷調查法,發(fā)現(xiàn)德陽市小學生校園足球優(yōu)勢是學生非常喜歡,政府非常支持,具有范圍廣泛的校園足球聯(lián)賽,同時德陽市小學生校園足球也存在一些問題。具有的優(yōu)勢和存在的問題具體如下:(1)德陽市小學校園足球的發(fā)展具有領導密切關注,完善政策保障、弘揚優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),明確發(fā)展理念、貫徹陽光體育,實施快樂足球、強調文體并重,堅持體教結合的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢;(2)在所有調查的小學中,學生對足球活動較為喜愛,參與度較高,大多數(shù)學生家長表示支持。德陽市小學足球與足球俱樂部密切合作,開展足球聯(lián)賽和趣味足球賽,深受學生的喜愛。(3)有的學校中體育文化建設的程度都不達標,10所小學中只有兩所小學在樓道、教室等地方張貼了關于足球發(fā)展和足球運動一些常識性的足球知識,包括足球的起源、足球的發(fā)展,有3所學校在學校內張貼了有名的足球運動員的相關信息。但是都沒有進行足球文化的廣泛性建設。(4)德陽市小學校園體育老師的學歷達到了本科以上,但是高學歷教師所占的比例比較少,碩士僅占了不到7%的比例,而且沒有一個博士教師的存在,因此德陽市體育教師的學歷水平屬于中等水平,在以后教師的而引進工作中可以注意提高研究生和博士生的比例,是德陽市教師的學歷結構更加合理。從教師的專業(yè)性來看,德陽市小學的所有教師中絕大部分教師屬于非專業(yè)的足球教師,它們對學生進行體育方面的教學并不利于學生足球知識的增長和足球技能的提高,一般情況下,這類教師僅僅是在體育課上帶領學生玩耍的教師,并不能夠在學生體育技能的提高方面提到促進作用。(5)德陽市小學學生家長對參與體育運動的喜愛程度還可以,也比較支持自己的孩子積極的參加體育鍛煉。很多學生家長自己也會在日常生活中進行體育鍛煉,認為自己的孩子參考了體育鍛煉后有助于其身體健康,能夠幫助其成長。絕大部分的學生家長支持孩子參加體育運動,最主要的目的是讓的身體可以得到鍛煉,并沒有想讓孩子以此為職業(yè),但是如果孩子自身有這方面的意愿想要成為足球運動員,有一部分家長是不支持的,也有一部分家長保持中立態(tài)度,也有一部分家長是絕對支持孩子的決定的。(6)可以從打造特色聯(lián)賽、提高教師和培訓員的綜合素質、改變家長的態(tài)度、處理好學生足球與學習的關系、加大校園足球活動的投入等各方面發(fā)展校園足球。

This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method to find the school football of primary school students in Deyang.
