【摘要】:正學(xué)期近半,很多畢業(yè)班班主任驚奇地發(fā)現(xiàn),原本乖巧聽話的孩子都變得有個性了,甚至原本比較聽話的孩子,也會出現(xiàn)頂撞老師、違反班規(guī)校紀的現(xiàn)象。這種現(xiàn)象極容易使班主任產(chǎn)生焦慮、郁悶、煩躁等不良情緒,嚴重影響了工作效率與身心健康。面對這樣的現(xiàn)象,作為畢業(yè)班班主任的我們,要注意幫助孩子"收心",讓孩子將注意力集中在學(xué)習(xí)上。要做到這一點,除了加強家校溝通,堅持按以往的常規(guī)進行管理外,還得做一些常規(guī)
