【摘要】:自新課改推行實(shí)施以來(lái),各科課程在知識(shí)、結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容及評(píng)價(jià)等方面有了很大的突破,學(xué)科之間的聯(lián)系更緊密,課程內(nèi)容安排也更緊跟時(shí)代步伐。21世紀(jì)的今天,藝術(shù)修養(yǎng)已成為社會(huì)所需的復(fù)合型人才必不可少的素質(zhì)。當(dāng)前,在中國(guó)已經(jīng)逐漸普及了素質(zhì)教育觀念,而且素質(zhì)教育也被視為教育事業(yè)的根本原則。但是,從農(nóng)村地區(qū)來(lái)看,仍對(duì)于“副課”的美術(shù)課程重視度嚴(yán)重不足,在很多農(nóng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)弊端更為突出,諸如美術(shù)教育理念落后;美術(shù)教學(xué)模式單一;教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)偏低;教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系不科學(xué)等等。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),教師和家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)于升學(xué)率的片面追求以及深受傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式影響下,農(nóng)村中小學(xué)美術(shù)教育并沒(méi)有真正成為基礎(chǔ)教育的重要一環(huán)。改善農(nóng)村中小學(xué)美術(shù)教育的現(xiàn)狀必須從農(nóng)村的實(shí)際出發(fā),提高農(nóng)村學(xué)生的審美能力和繪畫(huà)水平。本文基于中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)美術(shù)教育理論思想與西方開(kāi)放式的美術(shù)教育理論,探討吉林省地區(qū)農(nóng)村小學(xué)美術(shù)教育存在的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策,旨在促進(jìn)農(nóng)村地區(qū)小學(xué)美術(shù)教育水平的提高與美術(shù)學(xué)科地為的提升。論文共分為五章:第一章是緒論部分,主要闡述論文研究背景與意義,梳理和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,探究中外美術(shù)教育理論基礎(chǔ),為后文的實(shí)證分析做鋪墊;第二章分析新課改背景下小學(xué)美術(shù)教育的發(fā)展變革,包括小學(xué)美術(shù)教育的目標(biāo)、性質(zhì)、教學(xué)理念與原則、教材編寫(xiě)制度等,證實(shí)小學(xué)美術(shù)教育在我國(guó)義務(wù)教育中不斷被重視,突顯農(nóng)村美術(shù)教育觀念的落后問(wèn)題;第三章運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的研究方法,以吉林省的農(nóng)安、德惠、九臺(tái)三地農(nóng)村小學(xué)為調(diào)查案例,分析吉林省農(nóng)村小學(xué)美術(shù)教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過(guò)程、師資水平等現(xiàn)狀;第四章通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)與答案的梳理,剖析我國(guó)吉林省村小學(xué)美術(shù)教育在教學(xué)觀念、教學(xué)設(shè)施、師資力量、評(píng)價(jià)體系等方面存在的主要問(wèn)題;第五章針對(duì)吉林省農(nóng)村小學(xué)美術(shù)教育的種種問(wèn)題給出針對(duì)性的解決對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, great breakthroughs have been made in the fields of knowledge, structure, content and evaluation of various courses. Artistic accomplishment has become the necessary quality of the complex talents needed by the society. At present, the concept of quality education has been popularized in China, and quality education is regarded as the fundamental principle of education. However, from the perspective of rural areas, there is still a serious lack of attention to the art curriculum of "secondary courses", and the shortcomings of art teaching in primary schools in many rural areas are even more prominent, such as the backward concept of fine arts education, the single art teaching mode, and the lack of the following principles. Teachers' professional quality is on the low side; teaching evaluation system is not scientific and so on. For a long time, teachers and parents of the one-sided pursuit of the transition rate and deeply influenced by the traditional teaching mode, art education in rural primary and secondary schools has not really become an important part of basic education. To improve the present situation of art education in rural primary and secondary schools, we must proceed from the reality of the countryside and improve the aesthetic ability and painting level of rural students. Based on the Chinese traditional art education theory and the western open art education theory, this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of the art education in the rural primary schools in Jilin Province. The aim of this paper is to promote the improvement of art education level in primary schools and the promotion of art discipline in rural areas. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborates the research background and significance, combs and analyzes the domestic and foreign related research present situation, probes into the Chinese and foreign art education theory foundation, makes the foundation for the later empirical analysis; The second chapter analyzes the development and transformation of art education in primary school under the background of the new curriculum reform, including the goal, nature, teaching idea and principle of the art education in primary school, and the system of compiling teaching material, etc., which proves that the art education in primary school is paid more and more attention to in the compulsory education of our country. The third chapter analyzes the teaching objectives and contents of the art teaching in rural primary schools in Jilin Province, taking the rural primary schools of Nong'an, Dehui and Jiutai in Jilin Province as the investigation cases, using the research method of questionnaire, and analyzing the art teaching objectives and teaching contents of the rural primary schools in Jilin Province. The fourth chapter analyzes the teaching concept, teaching facilities and teachers' strength in the art education of village primary schools in Jilin Province by combing the statistical data and answers of the questionnaire. The fifth chapter gives some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in the elementary school art education in Jilin province.
