【摘要】：教育見習(xí)是師范生培養(yǎng)的重要一環(huán),對于偏重應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的地方院校更為重要,以地方院校安康學(xué)院小學(xué)教育專業(yè)為例提出其教育見習(xí)存在的問題,并針對問題提出相關(guān)解決策略,期望能為同類型院校師范專業(yè)的教育見習(xí)提供指導(dǎo)和幫助。
[Abstract]:Education probation is an important part of normal college students' training, especially for the local colleges which emphasize the cultivation of applied talents. Taking the primary education major of the local colleges and universities as an example, the problems existing in their educational probation are put forward. This paper also puts forward the relevant solutions to the problems, and expects to provide guidance and help for the educational probation of teachers' colleges and universities of the same type.
