【摘要】:小學(xué)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極參加體育鍛煉的啟蒙基地,也是強(qiáng)身健體意識(shí)萌發(fā)的搖籃。教師在進(jìn)行健美操教學(xué)時(shí),要提高學(xué)生的參與興趣和學(xué)習(xí)樂(lè)趣,學(xué)生通過(guò)對(duì)健美操的學(xué)習(xí),掌握一門(mén)終身鍛煉的體育項(xiàng)目。要使學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與到運(yùn)動(dòng)中去,在運(yùn)動(dòng)中體會(huì)到快樂(lè),這需要學(xué)生對(duì)該運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生興趣。體育教師因地制宜、因材施教,確保每個(gè)學(xué)生都能達(dá)到運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉的目的,培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生的終身鍛煉的體育思想,讓小學(xué)體育課程變得更規(guī)范。健美操有著特有的健身健心功能,逐漸成為了小學(xué)體育課程的主要運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一。體育教師要科學(xué)地選擇教學(xué)內(nèi)容,合理運(yùn)用教學(xué)手段使學(xué)生在健美操的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中達(dá)到身心健康、提高參加體育鍛煉的興趣、養(yǎng)成良好的體育鍛煉習(xí)慣,最終形成終身體育思想。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段健美操教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行研究,目的是篩選出符合小學(xué)各水平階段學(xué)生最適合的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法。本文的研究對(duì)象為小學(xué)不同水平階段健美操教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教法,本研究目的是篩選出符合小學(xué)各水平階段學(xué)生最適合的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法。以成都市主城區(qū)8所小學(xué)(龍江路小學(xué)、荷花池小學(xué)、西一路小學(xué)、人北小學(xué)、四川大學(xué)附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)分校、龍翔路小學(xué)、晉陽(yáng)小學(xué)、鹽道街小學(xué))的體育教師以及成都市部分大學(xué)健美操教師為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)調(diào)查分析篩選出了不同的水平階段相適應(yīng)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方法:①有針對(duì)性地發(fā)展不同水平階段學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)②針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段,教授相適宜的基本步伐③針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段,教授相適宜的步伐組合④針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段,教授相適宜的健美操成套動(dòng)作⑤針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段,教授發(fā)展其相適宜的身體素質(zhì)動(dòng)作⑥針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段,教師采用相適宜的教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行健美操教學(xué)本文針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段健美操教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法提出以下建議:①認(rèn)真分析小學(xué)不同水平階段身體素質(zhì)發(fā)展,發(fā)展各水平階段學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)要考慮學(xué)生身心特點(diǎn)②小學(xué)不同水平階段步伐組合的學(xué)習(xí)要循序漸進(jìn)③小學(xué)不同水平階段健美操成套動(dòng)作的學(xué)習(xí)要有差異性④小學(xué)身體素質(zhì)動(dòng)作的學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)結(jié)合學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)發(fā)展,相輔相成,靈活教學(xué)⑤針對(duì)小學(xué)不同水平階段的健美操教學(xué),采取不同教學(xué)方法因材施教
[Abstract]:Primary school is the enlightenment base to train students to take part in physical exercise actively, and it is also the cradle of health consciousness germination. In the teaching of aerobics, teachers should improve the students' interest in participation and study fun. Through the study of aerobics, students can master a course of lifelong exercise. In order to make students actively participate in sports and enjoy the joy in sports, students need to be interested in the sports. According to the local conditions and aptitude, physical education teachers can ensure that every student can achieve the goal of exercise, cultivate the students' physical education thought of lifelong exercise, and make the physical education curriculum of primary school become more standardized. Aerobics, with its unique fitness and heart function, has gradually become one of the main sports items in primary school physical education curriculum. Physical education teachers should choose teaching contents scientifically, make use of teaching means reasonably to make students achieve physical and mental health in the study process of aerobics, improve their interest in taking part in physical exercise, and form good physical exercise habits. Finally, the formation of lifelong sports thought. By studying the teaching contents and teaching methods of aerobics at different levels in primary schools, the purpose of this paper is to screen out the most suitable teaching contents and teaching methods for students at different levels of primary schools. The research object of this paper is the teaching content and teaching method of aerobics at different stages of primary school. Eight primary schools (Longjiang Road Primary School, Hehuachi Primary School, Xiyi Primary School, Renbei Primary School, Experimental Primary School affiliated to Sichuan University, Longxiang Road Primary School, Jinyang Primary School, Physical Education Teachers in Yandaojie Primary School and aerobics teachers in some universities in Chengdu were investigated. Through the investigation and analysis, the author has selected out the teaching contents and teaching methods adapted to different level stages and developed the students' physical quality at different levels. 2 aiming at different levels of primary school students.
