【摘要】:法治教育是指學(xué)校有目的、有計(jì)劃、有組織地對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行民主、公平、正義、規(guī)則、秩序、權(quán)利和義務(wù)的教育。通過(guò)政策文本邏輯梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),小學(xué)社會(huì)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中法治教育目標(biāo)在于促進(jìn)學(xué)生形成適當(dāng)?shù)姆ㄖ我庾R(shí)、獲得系統(tǒng)的法治知識(shí)、培養(yǎng)法治實(shí)踐的能力,是為學(xué)生成為知法、遵法、守法、用法的公民打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。法律規(guī)范、法治思維、法治權(quán)利與義務(wù)是小學(xué)社會(huì)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中法治教育的核心內(nèi)容。法治教育具體途徑包括:教學(xué)關(guān)注經(jīng)驗(yàn),強(qiáng)調(diào)自主建構(gòu);評(píng)價(jià)關(guān)注過(guò)程,強(qiáng)調(diào)靈活開(kāi)放;教材編寫(xiě)關(guān)注生活實(shí)際,強(qiáng)調(diào)綜合性;資源開(kāi)發(fā)整合校內(nèi)校外,強(qiáng)調(diào)多樣化。有鑒于此,為實(shí)現(xiàn)小學(xué)社會(huì)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中法治教育的完善發(fā)展,應(yīng)均衡協(xié)調(diào)目標(biāo),保障課程目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)性;豐富資源渠道,加強(qiáng)課程內(nèi)容深度;整合多方力量,實(shí)現(xiàn)課程實(shí)施途徑多樣性。
[Abstract]:The education of rule of law refers to the education of democracy, fairness, justice, rules, order, rights and obligations for students in a purposeful, planned and organized way. The goal of rule of law education in the curriculum standard of primary school social sciences is to promote students to form proper consciousness of rule of law, to acquire systematic knowledge of rule of law, and to cultivate the ability to practice the rule of law. The goal is to make students know, abide by and abide by the law. Legal norms, thinking of the rule of law, rights and obligations of the rule of law are the core contents of legal education in the curriculum standards of primary school social sciences. The specific ways of rule of law education include: paying attention to experience in teaching, emphasizing self-construction; In order to realize the perfect development of the rule of law education in primary school social science curriculum standards, we should evaluate the process of concern, emphasize flexibility and openness, pay attention to the reality of life, emphasize comprehensiveness, develop and integrate resources, and emphasize diversity. We should balance and coordinate the goal, guarantee the systematicness of the course goal, enrich the resource channel, strengthen the depth of the course content, integrate all kinds of forces, and realize the diversity of the course implementation way.
