基于“生本教育”理念下的小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)的調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:目前, 在中小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)的課堂教學(xué)中,采用的是傳統(tǒng)的以師為本的教育模式,有時(shí)不能夠?qū)W(xué)生加以正確的認(rèn)識(shí)。教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)是傳統(tǒng)的把老師當(dāng)作課堂的中心,教學(xué)還沒有落實(shí)到以學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展為工作的重心。而生本教育是以學(xué)生為本,學(xué)生作為學(xué)習(xí)的主體,讓學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)地學(xué)習(xí),并且深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)到生本教育的內(nèi)在涵義的。生本教育應(yīng)當(dāng)重視和促進(jìn)教育,我們應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮人的潛能。國(guó)際社會(huì)上,各個(gè)國(guó)家越來越注重培養(yǎng)人才,尤其注意培育有創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力的人才,并且有著高素質(zhì)的這樣的人才。目前的教育著重于培養(yǎng)四大基本的學(xué)習(xí)能力:1,學(xué)會(huì)求知---learning to know;2,學(xué)會(huì)做事---learning to do;3,學(xué)會(huì)合作---learning to live together;4,學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展----learning to be。真正的小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課堂,應(yīng)該是擁有生機(jī)與活力的。能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生的思考,應(yīng)該讓兒童發(fā)現(xiàn)探索知識(shí)的樂趣,探索未知的奧秘,讓學(xué)生們可以自主學(xué)習(xí),可以合作交流,作自己的主人,從而最終覺察到數(shù)學(xué)的魅力。數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué),不只是教導(dǎo)學(xué)生知識(shí),還有興趣,能力,品德等其他各個(gè)方面的素質(zhì),數(shù)學(xué)教育,更應(yīng)該推動(dòng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,引領(lǐng)時(shí)代的進(jìn)步。數(shù)學(xué)教育,要讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生有展示自我的機(jī)會(huì),擁有獨(dú)立思考的能力,這才是數(shù)學(xué)要給予學(xué)生的最本真的要素。真正的數(shù)學(xué),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的興趣,探索未知世界的熱情,這種學(xué)習(xí)的興趣和熱情,在未來的生活里,在今后的工作中,充分體現(xiàn)數(shù)學(xué)教育是成功的和有吸引力的。論文包括四大部分,主要的內(nèi)容如下:第一部分,介紹了這篇論文研究生本教育的背景,目的,內(nèi)容和意義。展示總結(jié)了文獻(xiàn)研究的現(xiàn)狀和已經(jīng)有的成果,作為本論文的一個(gè)起點(diǎn);第二部分,解釋了生本教育理論的真正內(nèi)涵,例如:學(xué)生觀、教師觀、教學(xué)觀和評(píng)價(jià)觀,針對(duì)這些一一展開闡述;第三部分,是本論文的中心部分,分析了生本教育理念下的數(shù)學(xué)課堂,并著重分析了自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作交流和課堂延伸。并對(duì)調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析;第四部分,分享了育才二小實(shí)施生本教育的實(shí)踐價(jià)值和理論意義;第五部分,對(duì)未來生本教育的建設(shè)的展望和計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:At present, in the classroom teaching of mathematics in primary and secondary schools, the traditional teacher-oriented education mode is adopted, and sometimes the students can not be correctly understood.
