【摘要】：探討集體球類(lèi)項(xiàng)目競(jìng)技后備人才的身體訓(xùn)練問(wèn)題,目的是為與體操相結(jié)合的集體球類(lèi)項(xiàng)目競(jìng)技后備人才的身體訓(xùn)練效果提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。以2007年出生的4組男孩為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,他們分別在小學(xué)二年級(jí)足球訓(xùn)練班(55人)和冰球訓(xùn)練班(56人)。研究結(jié)果表明,有必要探索競(jìng)技后備人才訓(xùn)練的新方法。其中的一個(gè)方法是在兒童運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練中與體操相結(jié)合。在教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,為集體球類(lèi)項(xiàng)目競(jìng)技后備人才結(jié)合體操的訓(xùn)練方法提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the physical training of competitive reserve talents in collective ball games. The purpose of this study was to provide the experimental basis for the physical training effect of competitive reserve talents in collective ball games combined with gymnastics. Four groups of boys born on 2007 were taken as experimental objects. They were in the second year of primary school soccer training class 55) and ice hockey training class 56 students. The results show. It is necessary to explore a new training method for competitive reserve talents. One of the methods is to combine with gymnastics in the training of children athletes. It provides the basis for the training method of combination of sports reserve talents and gymnastics in collective ball games.
