拉丁舞鍛煉對小學(xué)女生身心健康影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:探討拉丁舞鍛煉對不同年齡段小學(xué)女生身體素質(zhì)和心理健康的影響,為豐富小學(xué)女生的課外體育活動內(nèi)容,同時,幫助家長認(rèn)識拉丁舞的價值,樹立正確的培養(yǎng)觀念提供參考。研究方法:選取70名小學(xué)女生,按8-9歲、10-11歲、12-13歲年齡段,分成三個實(shí)驗(yàn)組,進(jìn)行為期14周的拉丁舞練習(xí)。依據(jù)《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和《小學(xué)生心理健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的規(guī)定,選取身體健康和心理健康評價指標(biāo),通過重測方差分析方法,分析拉丁舞鍛煉對小學(xué)女生身體健康和心理健康的影響效果。研究結(jié)果:1.通過14周的拉丁舞鍛煉,三個年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)組女生的身高、體重指標(biāo)與對照組比較均無顯著性差異(p0.05)。2.14周的拉丁舞鍛煉后,8-9歲年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)組小學(xué)女生的坐位體前屈、總反應(yīng)時明顯優(yōu)于同齡對照組(p0.05)。10-11歲年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)組小學(xué)女生的立定跳遠(yuǎn)、坐位體前屈、總反應(yīng)時指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組(p0.05)。12-13歲年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)組小學(xué)女生的立定跳遠(yuǎn)、坐位體前屈、肺活量、總反應(yīng)時指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組(p0.05)。3.14周后,在8-9歲年齡段,實(shí)驗(yàn)組小學(xué)女生的情緒障礙明顯好于對照組(p0.05),而實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組女生的社會適應(yīng)障礙、行為障礙和特種障礙等心理健康因素變化不明顯。在10-11歲年齡段,實(shí)驗(yàn)組小學(xué)女生的各種心理健康因素變化與對照組無明顯差異(p0.05)。在12-13歲年齡段,實(shí)驗(yàn)組小學(xué)女生的學(xué)習(xí)障礙、情緒障礙、性格缺陷、品德缺陷、社會適應(yīng)障礙、不良行為習(xí)慣和行為障礙等心理健康因素明顯好于對照組女生(p0.05),但特種障礙的變化不明顯。研究結(jié)論:三個年齡段的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),拉丁舞鍛煉對小學(xué)女生的身心健康有積極的促進(jìn)作用,特別是小學(xué)高年級女生。堅(jiān)持拉丁舞鍛煉可以有效提高小學(xué)女生的力量、柔韌性、靈敏性和協(xié)調(diào)等身體素質(zhì);有助于小學(xué)女生紓解心理壓力,消減焦慮,促進(jìn)社會交往,培養(yǎng)品德、性格和良好行為習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of Latin dance exercise on the physical and mental health of girls of different ages, in order to enrich the content of extracurricular physical activities of girls in primary schools, and to help parents understand the value of Latin dance. The research method: 70 primary school girls were selected and divided into three experimental groups according to the ages of 8-9 years and 10-11 years and 12-13 years old. Latin dance practice was conducted for 14 weeks. According to the regulations of the National Standard of physical Health of students and the Standard of Mental Health of Primary School students, the evaluation indexes of physical and mental health were selected. The effects of Latin dance exercise on the physical and mental health of primary school girls were analyzed by means of retest analysis of variance. The result of the study was: 1. Through 14 weeks of Latin dance exercise. There was no significant difference in height and weight between the three age groups of girls in the experimental group and the control group. The total response time of the girls in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (p 0.05). 10-11 years old girls in the experimental group were significantly better than the standing long jump of the girls in the experimental group. The total response time index of the sitting position was significantly better than that of the control group (p 0.050.12-13 years old) in the standing long jump, sitting position forward flexion, vital capacity of primary school girls. The total response time index was significantly better than that of control group (p 0.05 路3.14 weeks later). In 8-9 years old, the emotional disorder of primary school girls in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (p 0.05). However, there were no significant changes in mental health factors such as social adaptation disorder, behavioral disorder and special disorder of female students in the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in all kinds of mental health factors between the experimental group and the control group. In the 12-13 age group, the girls in the experimental group had learning disabilities, emotional disorders and personality defects. The mental health factors, such as moral defect, social adaptation disorder, bad behavior habit and behavioral disorder, were significantly better than those in the control group (p 0.05). But the change of special obstacle is not obvious. Conclusion: the results of three ages experiment found that Latin dance exercise has a positive effect on the physical and mental health of girls in primary school. Especially girls in the senior grade of primary school. Insist on Latin dance exercise can effectively improve the strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and other physical qualities of primary school girls; It helps to relieve psychological stress, reduce anxiety, promote social interaction, and cultivate moral character and good behavior habits.
