蘇霍姆林斯基的教師觀及其當(dāng)代價(jià)值
[Abstract]:Sukhomlinski (1918 / 1970), a famous educational practitioner and educational theorist in the former Soviet Union, regarded education as his lifelong pursuit and lifelong struggle. He engaged in education all his life, regarded every student as his own, and dedicated his whole mind to every child and student. As a teacher and headmaster, Suhomlinski's rich teacher thought is the crystallization of his educational practice for decades, which not only affected the educational circles of the Soviet Union at that time, but also had a great response all over the world. Up to now, it is still of great enlightening significance for teachers' training and self-development. This paper mainly expounds and analyzes Suhomlinski's view of teachers from the following five parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly explains the problems, literature review, research ideas and main research methods of this paper. The second part describes the practical basis of Sukhumlinski's view of teachers, which is carried out from the specific situation before and after the Patriotic War of the Soviet Union. The third part discusses Suhomlinski's view of teacher maintenance, mainly analyzes the knowledge literacy, ability literacy and personality literacy that a good teacher should possess. The fourth part discusses Suhomlinski's view of teacher development, mainly analyzes that it is far from enough for a good teacher to have only theoretical literacy, but also should adhere to the lofty spirit of professionalism and pragmatic research, adhere to the educational belief of "love" and attach importance to self-education, put the theory into practice and apply it to the actual education and teaching situation and practice. Truly realize the full combination of theory and practice. The fifth part discusses the contemporary value of Suhomlinski's view of teachers. On the basis of the third part and the fourth part, this part provides some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the further development and perfection of teachers from the aspects of establishing firm belief and lofty ambition, insisting on the combination of knowledge feelings and humanistic feelings, diligent theoretical exploration and serious educational practice, becoming active researchers, constantly enriching spiritual life and establishing the concept of lifelong learning.
