正念健心操對(duì)中學(xué)生心理健康的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: (1) to explore the relationship between the level of mindfulness and mental health, positive and negative emotions and attention stability of middle school students, and (2) to explore the application effect of a new form of mindfulness training in middle school students. Methods: the experimental group was designed before and after the test. The study selected 89 students from two general classes in a senior middle school in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, one class as experimental group and the other class as blank control group. The students were assessed by questionnaire before and after mindfulness exercises. The questionnaire includes five factors mindfulness scale (FFMQ), Chinese Middle School students Mental Health scale (MSSMHS), positive and negative emotion scale (PANAS) and attention Stability Test (Visual tracking Test). In this study, the effective data of 83 subjects were obtained, including 43 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. The correlation of Pearson product difference and the independent t test before and after test in the control group were used for statistical analysis. Results: (1) the level of mindfulness was positively correlated with mental health level (r = 0.364P / 0.01), the level of mindfulness was positively correlated with positive emotion (r = 0.302), the level of mindfulness was negatively correlated with negative emotion (r = 0.247), and there was no correlation between the level of mindfulness and the stability of attention (r = 0.117p ~ (0.293). (2) the changes of depression level (tn-2.395), maladaptive level (t ~ -2.196) and attention stability (t _ (3.029) P ~ (0.003) in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion: the level of mindfulness of middle school students is related to the level of mental health and positive and negative emotions of middle school students. The effect of mindfulness exercise on middle school students' depression, maladjustment and attention stability is effective.
