【摘要】：目的探討青春發(fā)育階段和青春發(fā)動(dòng)時(shí)相對青少年女性接觸媒體傳達(dá)的性知識與性態(tài)度的影響,為開展有針對性的性健康教育提供理論依據(jù)。方法在上海市分層整群抽取6所學(xué)校的初、高中學(xué)生共1 390名,進(jìn)行匿名電子問卷形式的"上海市中學(xué)生青春期健康及接觸媒體狀況的抽樣調(diào)查",選擇其中496名處于不同青春發(fā)育階段的青少年女性,分析年齡、青春發(fā)動(dòng)時(shí)相與對媒體性內(nèi)容的感興趣程度、性信息的接觸情況及感知媒體對性行為容忍度的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果青春發(fā)育階段較高的女生對媒體中的性相關(guān)信息更感興趣(P0.01);更多暴露于除性病/艾滋病以外的性相關(guān)信息以及黃色錄像/電影/刊物,更容易將媒體傳達(dá)的信息解釋為對青少年發(fā)生性行為的認(rèn)可(P=0.006)。控制年齡的影響后,青春發(fā)動(dòng)時(shí)相提前的女學(xué)生對媒體中的性相關(guān)信息更感興趣(P=0.023),并有將媒體傳達(dá)的信息理解為對青少年發(fā)生性行為的認(rèn)可的傾向(P=0.051)。結(jié)論青春發(fā)動(dòng)時(shí)相提前的女生更容易被媒體傳達(dá)的性內(nèi)容吸引,并認(rèn)為媒體對青少年發(fā)生性行為的認(rèn)同度較高。應(yīng)關(guān)注女生接觸媒體性信息的情況,防止性相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of puberty development stage and youth initiation on the sexual knowledge and attitude conveyed by adolescent women in contact with the media. Methods A total of 1 390 senior high school students were selected from 6 schools in Shanghai. A sample survey of adolescent health and media exposure of middle school students in Shanghai was conducted in the form of anonymous electronic questionnaire. 496 adolescent women in different stages of youth development were selected and their ages were analyzed. The degree of interest in media content when youth starts. Sexual information exposure and perceived media tolerance to sexual behavior. Results the girls with higher puberty were more interested in sex-related information in the media (P0.01). More exposure to sex-related information other than sexually transmitted diseases / AIDS and pornographic videos / films / publications. It is easier to interpret the media message as a recognition of adolescent sexual intercourse after controlling the effect of age. Female students in advance of the onset of youth are more interested in sex-related information in the media (P0. 023). There is also a tendency to interpret the information conveyed by the media as the acceptance of sexual intercourse among adolescents. Conclusion the girls with early onset of youth are more likely to be attracted by the sexual content conveyed by the media. The media should pay attention to girls' exposure to media sexual information and prevent the occurrence of sexual risk behaviors.
