【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡時代下,大學生心理健康教育與之前相比產(chǎn)生重要的變化。因此,我們在給大學生作心理健康教育時也面臨了新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。網(wǎng)絡是一把雙刃劍,既給大學生心理健康教育帶來了難得的發(fā)展機遇,也給大學生的心理健康帶來負面的影響。本文主要研究如何在網(wǎng)絡時代利用各種有效手段為大學生心理健康教育提供對策。
[Abstract]:In the era of network, the mental health education of college students has important changes compared with before. Therefore, we also face new problems and challenges when we do mental health education for college students. The network is a double-edged sword. It not only brings a rare opportunity for the development of mental health education of college students. This paper mainly studies how to use all kinds of effective means to provide countermeasures for college students' mental health education in the era of network.
