【摘要】：足球運動與乒乓球運動的最大區(qū)別,就是后者更多的是靠運動員個人的運動素養(yǎng)和技巧,而前者更多倚仗的是場上11個人的配合。換個說法,即足球運動需要團(tuán)隊的協(xié)作,這在平時的訓(xùn)練過程中是主要的內(nèi)容。中國傳統(tǒng)的茶文化可以提煉出精華,融入團(tuán)隊競技模式下的足球訓(xùn)練中,以便在實戰(zhàn)中發(fā)揮效用。本文介紹了中國傳統(tǒng)茶文化思想涵蓋的內(nèi)容,梳理了茶文化思想中團(tuán)隊合作的哲學(xué)觀,分析了團(tuán)隊合作對足球運動的必要性。最后,總結(jié)出茶文化中團(tuán)隊合作思想融入足球訓(xùn)練的方法。
[Abstract]:The biggest difference between the football movement and the table tennis is that the latter is more dependent on the sports quality and skill of the athletes, and the former is more dependent on the match of the 11 individuals on the field. In other words, the football game needs the team's collaboration, which is the main content in the ordinary course of training. The traditional Chinese tea culture can extract the essence and integrate into the football training in the team competitive mode, so as to play an effective role in actual combat. This paper introduces the contents of the traditional Chinese tea culture thought, and sorts out the philosophy view of the team cooperation in the thought of the tea culture, and analyzes the necessity of the team cooperation on the football movement. Finally, the method of integrating the team cooperation ideas into the football training in the tea culture is summarized.
