【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法等,研究少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目從節(jié)慶向常規(guī)發(fā)展的路程。分析表明,少數(shù)民族體育項(xiàng)目的傳統(tǒng)器材"重"與"大"、儀式繁瑣、參與人數(shù)眾多與項(xiàng)目傳承規(guī)矩較多等,是傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目普及化、群眾化與日�；闹萍s條件。技能健身編創(chuàng)、項(xiàng)目程序簡化與項(xiàng)目器材輕便化等方式,是推動傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目常規(guī)發(fā)展的重要路徑。
[Abstract]:By using the method of literature, this paper studies the distance from festival to routine development of ethnic minority traditional sports. The analysis shows that the traditional equipment of minority sports is "heavy" and "big", the ceremony is tedious, the number of participants is large and the inheritance rules of the project are more, which is the restriction condition of the popularization, mass and daily development of traditional sports. The creation of skill fitness, the simplification of project procedure and the convenience of project equipment are the important ways to promote the conventional development of traditional sports.
