不同專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員完成極限工作時(shí)的能量代謝激素調(diào)節(jié)的特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:探索具有高級(jí)技能水平的不同專項(xiàng)(滑冰和田徑)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在自行車測(cè)功儀上完成分級(jí)式負(fù)荷增長(zhǎng)直至衰竭時(shí)各種能量物質(zhì)和激素水平的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。在相對(duì)安靜狀態(tài)下、力竭工作時(shí)刻、恢復(fù)時(shí)的第3分鐘和第10分鐘時(shí),測(cè)定靜脈血中胰島素和生長(zhǎng)激素水平、脂肪酸、甘油和葡萄糖的濃度以及乳酸濃度以及尿液中兒茶酚胺濃度。結(jié)果表明:速度滑冰選手和田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員具有完成較高負(fù)荷工作的能力,這與高效利用能量物質(zhì)和氧氣有極大的關(guān)系。不同運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目選手的激素和代謝物質(zhì)濃度之間的相關(guān)程度是不同的,這證實(shí)了具有同等技能水平和處于年度訓(xùn)練周期同一階段的不同專項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)負(fù)荷具有不同的激素代謝反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:To explore the dynamic changes of various energy substances and hormones in bicycle dynamometer with different special projects (skating and track and field) with advanced skill level. The levels of insulin and growth hormone, the concentrations of fatty acids, glycerol and glucose, lactic acid and catecholamine in urine were measured at the third and 10th minutes of recovery at the time of exhaustive working and recovery in relatively quiet state. The concentration of insulin and growth hormone, the concentration of fatty acid, glycerol and glucose, the concentration of lactic acid and the concentration of catecholamine in urine were measured. The results show that speed skaters and track and field athletes have the ability to complete high load work, which is closely related to the efficient use of energy and oxygen. The correlation degree between hormone and metabolite concentrations of different sports athletes is different, which confirms that different special athletes with the same skill level and the same stage of annual training cycle have different hormone metabolic responses to load.
