武漢市洪山區(qū)青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:目前,關(guān)于青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)方向的課題研究有很多,但多數(shù)是從網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)市場(chǎng)的開發(fā)、網(wǎng)球后備人才的培養(yǎng)等方面進(jìn)行研究,而有關(guān)網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)的課程設(shè)置、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、培訓(xùn)大綱、培訓(xùn)方法手段、教材使用情況以及學(xué)員在網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)班課堂學(xué)習(xí)情況等方面的研究尚顯缺乏。為更深入地了解武漢市洪山區(qū)青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,找出培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)在培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中所存在的一系列問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出有效的改進(jìn)措施,以期為武漢市洪山區(qū)青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展提供一定的參考和借鑒。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法,以武漢市洪山區(qū)青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀為切入點(diǎn),綜合分析了武漢市洪山區(qū)網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的辦學(xué)基本情況,師生基本情況,網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)課程狀況,學(xué)員教學(xué)效果滿意度等方面的情況,得出以下結(jié)論: .1、武漢市洪山區(qū)網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)場(chǎng)地均為租用高校等外來(lái)場(chǎng)地,場(chǎng)地?cái)?shù)量除在培訓(xùn)高峰時(shí)段比較緊張外,平日基本上能滿足學(xué)員培訓(xùn)要求,且培訓(xùn)形式多樣,收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各異。2、參與業(yè)余網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)的青少年主要集中在11-13歲,最早接觸網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練的學(xué)員為6歲,訓(xùn)練年限在1-2年及以下者居多,且學(xué)員參與網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)多樣。但在追求時(shí)尚和家長(zhǎng)意愿這兩項(xiàng)動(dòng)機(jī)上男女學(xué)員的差異性較大。3、武漢市洪山區(qū)青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)教練員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)年輕化趨勢(shì),多數(shù)教練員執(zhí)教年限偏短,部分教練員執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚顯缺乏。4、網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)以小班化教學(xué)為主,教學(xué)理念以快易網(wǎng)球?yàn)橹?教學(xué)方法多樣,但教學(xué)手段和教學(xué)內(nèi)容單一,考核方式比較固定。網(wǎng)球教練中使用網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)教材頻率較高,且使用的教材版本多樣。5、網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)班學(xué)員的技能掌握情況較好,但不同層次班別培訓(xùn)學(xué)員技能掌握情況仍有差距。學(xué)員對(duì)教練員和培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的整體滿意度較高,但對(duì)教練員和培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)不同方面的情況滿意度不一。在本文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)洪山區(qū)青少年網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)存在的具體問(wèn)題,提出以下建議:1、進(jìn)一步提升網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的辦學(xué)條件,使收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)能夠更加柔性合理。2、適時(shí)地提早青少年學(xué)員網(wǎng)球啟蒙訓(xùn)練年齡,促使他們更早的接觸網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng),培養(yǎng)他們對(duì)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的興趣。同時(shí),培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)該針對(duì)不同學(xué)員人群采用針對(duì)性的宣傳策略。3、加強(qiáng)教練員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)力度,提升教練員的綜合素養(yǎng)。通過(guò)各種層次的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng),不斷提升教練員的執(zhí)教能力,促使教練員結(jié)構(gòu)整體走向規(guī)范化、合理化。4、統(tǒng)一網(wǎng)球教學(xué)培訓(xùn)大綱,完善教學(xué)內(nèi)容,豐富教學(xué)手段和考核方式。5、加強(qiáng)初級(jí)網(wǎng)球培訓(xùn)班中學(xué)員動(dòng)作技能的掌握情況,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)員課下加強(qiáng)動(dòng)作技能練習(xí),并進(jìn)一步提升教練員教學(xué)服務(wù)態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:At present, there are a lot of research on the training direction of the amateur tennis, but most of them are from the development of the tennis training market and the training of the tennis reserve, and the course setting, training plan, training program and training method of the tennis training. The use of the teaching materials and the study of the class of the students in the course of the tennis training course are still lacking. In order to get a better understanding of the current situation of the training and teaching of the amateur tennis in Hongshan District, Wuhan, we find out a series of problems in the course of the training, and put forward effective measures to solve the problems. The aim of this paper is to provide some reference for the development of the amateur tennis movement in Hongshan District of Wuhan. In this paper, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the running of the tennis training institution in the Hongshan District of Wuhan, and the basic situation of the teachers and students. The following conclusions are drawn from the situation of the tennis training course and the satisfaction of the students, and the following conclusions are drawn:.1. The site of the tennis training institution in the Hongshan District of Wuhan City is the foreign field of the rental of the university, and the number of the sites is higher than that of the training peak period. In addition, that numb of young people who participate in the training of amateur tennis is mainly in the age of 11 to 13, and the first person who is in contact with the tennis training is 6, and the training period is mainly between 1 and 2 years and the following. And the participants' participation in the tennis training motivation is diverse. However, in that two motive of the pursuit of the fashion and the desire of the parents, the difference of the male and female students is great.3, the age structure of the coach of the amateur tennis training institution in the Hongshan District of Wuhan is a young trend, most of the coaches have a short service life, and some of the coach's teaching experience is lacking. The tennis training organization is based on the small-class teaching, and the teaching idea is mainly based on the quick and easy tennis, and the teaching method is diverse, but the teaching method and the teaching content are single and the evaluation mode is relatively fixed. In that tennis coach, the frequency of use of the tennis professional material is high, and the version of the teaching materials used is diverse.5, the skill of the tennis training course participants is better, but there is still a gap in the training of the skill of the students at different levels. The overall satisfaction of the trainees with the coaches and training institutions is high, but the satisfaction with the different aspects of the coaches and the training institutions is different. On the basis of this study, the following suggestions are put forward for the specific problems of the training of the youth tennis in the Hongshan District, and the following suggestions are put forward:1. Further improve the running condition of the tennis training institution, and make the charging standard more flexible and reasonable. Promote their earlier contact with the tennis movement and cultivate their interest in the tennis movement. At the same time, the training institution should adopt the targeted information strategy for different participants.3. Strengthen the construction of the coach team and improve the comprehensive quality of the coach. through various levels of training activities, the coach's teaching ability is continuously improved, and the overall orientation of the coach structure is promoted to be standardized and rationalized.4. The training outline of the tennis teaching is unified, the teaching content is improved, the teaching means and the examination method are enriched, Strengthen the training of the students' action skills in the primary tennis training course, and encourage the participants to strengthen the skill practice of the action and to further improve the teaching service attitude of the coach.
