核心素養(yǎng)視閾下《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的問題及發(fā)展策略

【摘要】:以核心素養(yǎng)理念要求為導(dǎo)向,以全國學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康上報數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),審視我國《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》存在的問題,認(rèn)為《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》存在著測試項目不能體現(xiàn)核心素養(yǎng)的全面性,成績評價不能體現(xiàn)核心素養(yǎng)的過程性,免測制度不能體現(xiàn)核心素養(yǎng)的全體性,學(xué)校測試及成績上報的觀念不能體現(xiàn)核心素養(yǎng)的主動性;理想與現(xiàn)實的偏差,主體與客體的錯位,素質(zhì)與素養(yǎng)的差異是導(dǎo)致上述問題的主要原因;依據(jù)核心素養(yǎng)理念要求和實地調(diào)研,提出《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》未來發(fā)展策略:實現(xiàn)測試體系與核心素養(yǎng)接軌,觀念意識與核心素養(yǎng)接軌,評價方式與核心素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)接軌;加強師資培訓(xùn),同時《國家學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》發(fā)展策略不應(yīng)是"單兵突進"式的修訂或調(diào)整,而是組成環(huán)形鏈條的聚合效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the concept of core literacy and on the basis of the national students' physical health report data, this paper examines the problems existing in the National students' physical Health Standard in China, and holds that the national students' physical health standard can not reflect the comprehensiveness of the core literacy, the achievement evaluation can not reflect the process of the core literacy, and the test-free system can not reflect the comprehensiveness of the core literacy. The concept of school test and achievement reporting can not reflect the initiative of core literacy; The deviation between ideal and reality, the dislocation between subject and object, and the difference between quality and literacy are the main reasons for the above problems. According to the requirements of core literacy concept and field investigation, this paper puts forward the future development strategy of "National students' physical Health Standard": to realize the integration of test system with core literacy, between concept consciousness and core literacy, and between evaluation and core literacy training. At the same time, the development strategy of National students' physical Health Standard should not be the revision or adjustment of "individual soldier advance", but the aggregation effect of forming ring chain.
