【摘要】：中國(guó)女排表現(xiàn)一直備受的關(guān)注,其中主攻隊(duì)員受關(guān)注度最高,像郎平、孫晉芳、趙蕊蕊、惠若琪等。主攻在排球比賽中起著非常重要的作用,它不僅是球隊(duì)重要的得分點(diǎn),更是在球隊(duì)球隊(duì)整體實(shí)力的象征。一個(gè)隊(duì)伍如果沒(méi)有強(qiáng)有力的主攻手很難在比賽中取的好成績(jī)。2015年9月在日本舉辦的第12屆女排世界杯的比賽中,主攻朱婷以優(yōu)異的表現(xiàn)幫助中國(guó)隊(duì)獲得總冠軍,并獲得最佳攻手及MVP獎(jiǎng)。通過(guò)比賽朱婷雖然成績(jī)優(yōu)異但也暴露出了一些缺點(diǎn)和不足。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像觀察統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法對(duì)朱婷在第十二屆女排世界杯上所有比賽場(chǎng)次的進(jìn)攻技術(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,找出朱婷在進(jìn)攻端的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足之處,得出相對(duì)應(yīng)的結(jié)論并給出針對(duì)性的建議,優(yōu)化朱婷在進(jìn)攻時(shí)的技巧,使朱婷擁有更多的得分手段,形成自己獨(dú)特的技術(shù)風(fēng)格,為朱婷個(gè)人及以后女排培養(yǎng)主攻隊(duì)員提供一些參考。通過(guò)研究得到以下結(jié)論:1、除攔網(wǎng)高度外朱婷在身高、體重、扣球高度等方面有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。2、朱婷強(qiáng)攻得分能力較強(qiáng),突破對(duì)方攔網(wǎng)的能力較強(qiáng),但得分主要依靠在四號(hào)位的進(jìn)攻,二號(hào)和后排進(jìn)攻能力較弱。3、朱婷發(fā)球穩(wěn)定性好、失誤率低,但是發(fā)球的落點(diǎn)掌握不精確,發(fā)球攻擊性不強(qiáng),致使對(duì)方一傳到位率較高。4、朱婷攔網(wǎng)得分率較高,對(duì)對(duì)手的壓力大,但在防守日韓等技術(shù)較好的球隊(duì)時(shí)容易被對(duì)方打手出界和突破。5、朱婷吊球得分率較高,但球的落點(diǎn)掌握不精確,在對(duì)陣靈活性較高的球隊(duì)時(shí)吊球被防起率高。6、朱婷在前排是對(duì)方重點(diǎn)防守對(duì)象,但在后排時(shí)朱婷對(duì)對(duì)方威脅小。
[Abstract]:The performance of the Chinese women's volleyball team has always received much attention, among which the main players have received the highest attention, such as Lang Ping, Sun Jinfang, Zhao Ruirui, Hui Ruoqi and so on. The main attack plays a very important role in volleyball match, it is not only an important scoring point for the team, but also a symbol of the overall strength of the team. It is difficult for a team to achieve good results without a strong master. Zhu Ting helped China win the championship and won the best attacker and MVP award at the 12th Women's Volleyball World Cup in Japan in September 2015. Although Zhu Ting did well in the competition, she also exposed some shortcomings and shortcomings. Through the methods of literature, video observation and statistics, and logical analysis, this paper makes statistics and analysis on Zhu Ting's offensive techniques in all competitions at the 12th Women's Volleyball World Cup, finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Zhu Ting at the offensive end, draws corresponding conclusions and gives targeted suggestions, optimizes Zhu Ting's offensive skills, and makes Zhu Ting have more scoring means and form her own unique technical style. It provides some reference for Zhu Ting to train the main attack players of the women's volleyball team in the future. Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, Zhu Ting has obvious advantages in height, weight, spiking height and so on. 2, Zhu Tingqiang has strong ability to score and break through the other party's blocking ability, but the score mainly depends on the attack in position four, and the attack ability in the second and back rows is weak. 3, Zhu Ting has good serve stability and low error rate, but the landing point of the serve is not accurate and the serve attack is not strong. Resulting in a higher rate of passing. 4, Zhu Ting block score rate is higher, the pressure on the opponent, but in the defense of Japan and South Korea and other skilled teams are easy to be beaten out of bounds and breakthrough. 5, Zhu Ting hanging ball score rate is higher, but the landing point of the ball is not accurate, in the game against the team with higher flexibility, hanging ball is high defense rate. 6, Zhu Ting is the other side's key defensive object in the front row. But in the back row, Zhu Ting has little threat to each other.
