【摘要】：探討美國城市精明增長的演進(jìn)歷程及與公共健康的歷史淵源,闡述城市精明增長干預(yù)公共健康的實施原則、機(jī)制及成效,發(fā)現(xiàn)美國城市精明增長理念在干預(yù)公共健康方面發(fā)揮著重要的指導(dǎo)作用。提出我國城市精明增長促進(jìn)公共健康政府行為的主導(dǎo)路徑和全社會反饋系統(tǒng)的支持路徑,為我國新常態(tài)背景下城市規(guī)劃與公共健康之間協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the evolution course of urban shrewd growth in the United States and its historical origin with public health, expounds the implementation principles, mechanisms and effects of urban shrewd growth intervention in public health, and finds that the concept of shrewd urban growth in the United States plays an important guiding role in interfering with public health. This paper puts forward the leading path of urban smart growth to promote public health government behavior and the supporting path of the whole social feedback system, which provides a reference for the coordinated development of urban planning and public health under the background of the new normal.
