【摘要】：探討女性非體力活動(dòng)者身體脂肪沉積隨著年齡的變化特點(diǎn)及分布特點(diǎn),為今后制定非體力勞動(dòng)者大眾健身方案及運(yùn)動(dòng)處方提供參考和建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)女性非體力勞動(dòng)者內(nèi)臟脂肪含量隨年齡增長(zhǎng)明顯,腰臀比和內(nèi)臟脂肪沉積速度在40歲之后出現(xiàn)明顯增加,皮下脂肪沉積在50歲之后出現(xiàn)明顯增加,內(nèi)臟脂肪沉積速度快于皮下脂肪沉積。研究中女性非體力勞動(dòng)者的BMI和體脂率屬于正常范圍,但是內(nèi)臟脂肪隨年齡顯著增加,說明預(yù)防內(nèi)臟脂肪沉積不能以是否超重或肥胖來判斷,建議重點(diǎn)關(guān)注40歲以上女性非體力勞動(dòng)者內(nèi)臟脂肪沉積情況。
[Abstract]:To explore the changing characteristics and distribution characteristics of body fat deposition in female non-manual workers with age, and to provide reference and suggestions for the formulation of mass fitness programs and exercise prescriptions for non-manual workers in the future. It was found that the visceral fat content of female non-manual workers increased obviously with age, the waist hip ratio and visceral fat deposition rate increased significantly after 40 years old, the subcutaneous fat deposition increased significantly after 50 years old, and the visceral fat deposition rate was faster than that of subcutaneous fat deposition. The BMI and body fat rate of female non-manual workers in the study belonged to the normal range, but the visceral fat increased significantly with age, which indicated that the prevention of visceral fat deposition could not be judged by overweight or obesity. It is suggested that emphasis should be paid to the visceral fat deposition of female non-manual workers over 40 years old.
