【摘要】：預(yù)測(cè)就是人們對(duì)事物的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、未來狀況及發(fā)展后果和影響所進(jìn)行的分析、推測(cè)和判斷,以求得對(duì)事物未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的了解,減少不確定因素對(duì)自己的影響。在網(wǎng)球接發(fā)球中加強(qiáng)預(yù)判,不僅可以適當(dāng)緩解對(duì)手勢(shì)大力沉的發(fā)球給接發(fā)球方造成的被動(dòng)的影響,甚至可以化被動(dòng)為主動(dòng),將壓力反轉(zhuǎn),直接得分。目的:為了提高網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員在比賽中接發(fā)球的成功率,減少發(fā)球方發(fā)球直接得分的次數(shù),探索在接發(fā)球時(shí)最應(yīng)該關(guān)注發(fā)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的哪些部位。方法:將北京體育大學(xué)22名不同水平的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員分為3組:高等水平組(國(guó)家健將和一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員),中等水平組(國(guó)家二級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員)和初級(jí)水平組(2015級(jí)網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)班);分為進(jìn)行有干預(yù)和無干預(yù)的黑暗環(huán)境下的接發(fā)球預(yù)判的研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不論干預(yù)前還是干預(yù)后,高等水平組網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員接發(fā)球的準(zhǔn)確率明顯高于中等水平組和初級(jí)水平組;高等水平組運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)接發(fā)球時(shí)應(yīng)該注意的位置,有明確而趨于一致的認(rèn)識(shí);通過實(shí)驗(yàn)的干預(yù),三組不同水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員的接發(fā)球準(zhǔn)確率都有一定程度上的提升,而且無交互作用,說明干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后的接發(fā)球準(zhǔn)確率的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了實(shí)驗(yàn)假設(shè),得出如下結(jié)論:1、高等水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員在接發(fā)球預(yù)判能力具有顯著優(yōu)勢(shì),在球未脫離球拍時(shí)就開始體現(xiàn)。2、網(wǎng)球的接發(fā)球預(yù)判是可以通過將更多的注意力集中在發(fā)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的擊球手臂上,從而在一定程度上提高接發(fā)球的準(zhǔn)確率。
[Abstract]:Prediction is the analysis, conjecture and judgment of the development trend, future situation, development consequences and influence of things, in order to obtain the understanding of the future development trend of things and reduce the influence of uncertain factors on themselves. Strengthening the prediction in tennis receiving and serving can not only properly alleviate the passive influence of the powerful serve of the opponent on the receiver, but also turn the passivity into active, reverse the pressure and score directly. Objective: in order to improve the success rate of tennis players receiving and serving in the competition, reduce the number of direct points of serve, and explore which parts of serve players should pay most attention to when receiving and serving. Methods: 22 tennis players of different levels in Beijing University of physical Education were divided into three groups: higher level group (national athletes and first class athletes), medium level group (national second class athletes) and primary level group (2015 tennis special class). Divided into intervention and no intervention in the dark environment of receiving and serving prediction research. The experimental results show that the accuracy of receiving and serving of tennis players in the high level group is significantly higher than that in the middle level group and the primary level group, both before and after intervention. There is a clear and consistent understanding of the position that should be paid attention to when the athletes in the higher level group should pay attention to the serve. Through the intervention of the experiment, the accuracy of receiving and serving of the three groups of athletes was improved to a certain extent, and there was no interaction, which indicated that the difference of the accuracy of receiving and serving before and after intervention was statistically significant. The experimental results prove the experimental hypothesis, and draw the following conclusions: 1, the advanced level athletes have significant advantages in receiving and serving prediction ability, and begin to reflect when the ball is not separated from the racket. 2, The prediction of receiving and serving in tennis can improve the accuracy of receiving and serving to a certain extent by focusing more attention on the batting arm of the serve player.
