【摘要】：將國(guó)足頻繁換帥現(xiàn)象置于特定的場(chǎng)域空間,從國(guó)足的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行邏輯和參與主體的行為慣習(xí)等方面予以全面解析。認(rèn)為政治資本在國(guó)足場(chǎng)域資本中處于支配地位,國(guó)家體育總局和中國(guó)足協(xié)倚憑自身所擁有的政治資本占據(jù)了場(chǎng)域的主導(dǎo)權(quán),掌控著場(chǎng)域內(nèi)部規(guī)則的制定,對(duì)國(guó)足主帥的更迭起到關(guān)鍵作用。研究指出慣習(xí)對(duì)國(guó)足主教練更迭的影響表現(xiàn)在三方面:一是足協(xié)的行政慣習(xí)主導(dǎo)了國(guó)足主帥的更迭;二是主教練承襲的場(chǎng)域慣習(xí)縱容了國(guó)足換帥現(xiàn)象;三是媒體的內(nèi)容選擇慣習(xí)助推了國(guó)足換帥現(xiàn)象的頻發(fā)。揭示了國(guó)足頻繁換帥現(xiàn)象所遮蔽的隱患:導(dǎo)致教練員過(guò)度關(guān)注短期成績(jī),影響國(guó)足的可持續(xù)發(fā)展;使球隊(duì)風(fēng)格無(wú)法延續(xù);遮蔽了制約國(guó)足發(fā)展的真正原因,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)足球體制改革任重道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:The frequent change of the state of the country is put in the special field space, and is fully resolved from the internal structure of the country, the operation logic and the behavior habit of participating in the subject. It is thought that the political capital is in the dominant position in the capital of the state-owned field, and the State Administration of Sports and the Chinese Football Association rely on their own political capital to occupy the main power of the field, and control the development of the internal rules of the field and play a key role in the change of the state-owned manager. The study points out that the effect of the habits on the change of the Chinese football manager is in the following three aspects: one is that the administration habits of the Football Association lead to the change of the state-owned manager; the second is that the field-domain habit of the manager has condoned the phenomenon of the state-of-the-art; the third is that the content of the media is used to promote the frequent occurrence of the state-of-the-art change. The hidden danger of the frequent change of the state of the country is revealed, which causes the coach to pay close attention to the short-term result and influence the sustainable development of the national foot, so that the style of the team can not be continued, the real reason for restricting the development of the country's foot is covered, and the reform of the football system in China is a long way to go.
