不同方式單次高強(qiáng)度間歇訓(xùn)練對(duì)年輕女性姿勢穩(wěn)定性的即時(shí)影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether high intensity intermittent training will have an immediate impact on their posture stability by using different high intensity intermittent training methods to train young women without training basis. And whether there are significant differences in different training methods, so as to provide theoretical basis and experimental support for whether high-intensity intermittent training is suitable for this population and suitable high-intensity intermittent training methods. Methods: the subjects were 10 female students without training background in Beijing University of physical Education. Under the leadership of professional physical fitness coaches, high intensity interval training and unarmed high intensity interval training were carried out respectively. Before training, immediately after training, 10 minutes after training, 20 minutes after training and 30 minutes after training, standing on one foot with closed eyes and standing on one foot with open eyes, The kinematic and dynamic data of the subjects were collected synchronously by infrared high speed motion capture system (Motion Analysis Raptor-4200Hz) and three dimensional force measuring station (Kistler 9281CA, 1000Hz). Results: different training methods have different training methods for pressure center related indexes (shaking trajectory length, maximum shaking diameter, envelope area, average pendulum speed, forward and rear swing speed, left and right swing speed). The center of gravity correlation index (shaking trajectory length, maximum center of gravity deviation, There was no significant difference in average swing speed, forward and rear swing speed, left and right swing speed, upper and lower swing speed, shaking angle and shaking angle. Immediately after the two kinds of training, the maximum deviation between the left and right will increase obviously before and after the pressure center index and the center of gravity, but it will recover to no difference after 10 minutes. Under the condition of closed eyes and feet standing, the influence trend of the two training methods is similar. However, in the state of standing with open eyes and one foot, unarmed training has a strong influence on all directions. The results show that a single high intensity interval training can significantly weaken the posture stability of young women without training basis, and can be basically recovered in about 10 minutes, but there is no significant difference between the two training methods of power bicycle and unarmed hands.
