亞洲女性籃球國(guó)際級(jí)裁判員的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:在籃球比賽中裁判員既是籃球比賽的參與者,又是比賽順利進(jìn)行的維護(hù)者,是籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)中不可或缺的部分。隨著世界籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的飛速發(fā)展,籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)水平不斷提高,女性籃球裁判員的各項(xiàng)能力、素質(zhì)也得到了相應(yīng)的提高。國(guó)際籃聯(lián)競(jìng)賽部主任魯波米爾·考特萊巴先生在南京女籃世錦賽上曾提到:在女子籃球比賽中,應(yīng)盡量使用女性裁判員。為了更好的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解亞洲女性籃球國(guó)際級(jí)裁判員的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展概況,探究裁判員在鍛煉成長(zhǎng)中顯現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,剖析和歸納裁判員發(fā)展中的影響因素,總結(jié)出有利于裁判員發(fā)展的合理化建議,為亞洲各國(guó)及各地區(qū)培養(yǎng)發(fā)展裁判員提供參考和依據(jù)。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、專家訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)亞洲女性籃球國(guó)際級(jí)裁判員進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從中選取30人作為深度研究對(duì)象。研究表明,亞洲女性籃球國(guó)際級(jí)裁判員人數(shù)分布不均勻,籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)開展較好的地域,女性國(guó)際級(jí)裁判員人數(shù)越多。年齡結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理,能形成老中青相結(jié)合的梯隊(duì)。年富力強(qiáng)者居多,職業(yè)壓力大;家庭問(wèn)題會(huì)成為她們裁判工作的阻力。亞洲各國(guó)及地區(qū)培養(yǎng)機(jī)制差異較大,培養(yǎng)機(jī)制由東至西呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜、簡(jiǎn)單、自由三種類型。女性裁判員對(duì)裁判員職業(yè)的熱愛(ài),堅(jiān)持自己的裁判職業(yè)追求。處于黃金階段和成熟階段的裁判比較多,臨場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)較豐富,應(yīng)變力較強(qiáng)。參加本國(guó)組織的聯(lián)賽場(chǎng)次較多,能勝任本國(guó)的高水平比賽,承擔(dān)亞洲比賽是她們的主要國(guó)際任務(wù)。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不均衡在一定程度上造成了國(guó)際級(jí)女性籃球裁判員的地區(qū)分布不均衡。宗教信仰在一定程度上對(duì)從事籃球裁判工作有較大的影響。社會(huì)的認(rèn)可度低,受重視程度偏低,使得女性國(guó)際級(jí)籃球裁判員自身的發(fā)展得不到認(rèn)同,容易產(chǎn)生自信心不足、自覺(jué)職業(yè)前景黯淡等錯(cuò)覺(jué),影響國(guó)際級(jí)女性裁判員追求自我進(jìn)步。裁判員晉級(jí)后高水平培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)少,阻礙了她們執(zhí)裁能力的進(jìn)一步提升。建議完善遴選機(jī)制,建立系統(tǒng)的合理的亞洲裁判員培養(yǎng)體系。對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)、籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)普及落后的地區(qū)加大扶持力度。完善培訓(xùn)制度,促進(jìn)裁判員的業(yè)務(wù)提高。增加國(guó)際女籃賽事,提高裁判員執(zhí)裁提供鍛煉和展示平臺(tái),提倡在女子比賽中全部使用女性裁判。建立亞洲國(guó)際級(jí)籃球裁判員網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息交流平臺(tái),對(duì)為數(shù)不多的培訓(xùn)途徑做補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:In basketball match, the referee is not only the participant of basketball match, but also the defender of the match smoothly, and it is an indispensable part of basketball. With the rapid development of basketball in the world, the level of basketball continues to improve, and the ability and quality of female basketball referees have also been improved accordingly. At the Nanjing Women's Basketball World Championship, Mr. Rubemir Courteba, director of the Competition Department of the International Basketball Federation, said: in women's basketball games, women referees should be used as much as possible. In order to better understand and understand the present situation and development of Asian female basketball international referees, explore the problems of referees in the course of exercise and growth, and analyze and summarize the influencing factors in the development of referees. This paper sums up some reasonable suggestions which are beneficial to the development of referees, and provides reference and basis for the cultivation and development of referees in Asian countries and regions. In this paper, the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, expert interview and questionnaire are used to investigate the international referees of Asian female basketball, and 30 people are selected as the objects of in-depth study. The research shows that the number of Asian female basketball international referees is uneven, and the number of female international referees is more and more in the better areas where basketball is carried out. The age structure is more reasonable, can form the echelon of the combination of the old and the young. Most of them are rich and strong, and they are under great professional pressure; family problems will become a resistance to their referee's work. The training mechanism of Asian countries and regions is quite different, and the culture mechanism is complex, simple and free from east to west. Female referees love the referee profession and adhere to their own pursuit of referee profession. In the golden stage and mature stage of the referee is more, the on-the-spot experience is rich, the adaptability is strong. It is their main international task to participate in a large number of league matches and be competent for high-level matches in their own country, and to undertake Asian games is their main international task. To a certain extent, the imbalance of economic development has resulted in the imbalance of the regional distribution of international female basketball referees. To a certain extent, religious belief has a great influence on basketball referee work. The low degree of social recognition and the low degree of attention paid to it make the development of female basketball referees at the international level unrecognized, and it is easy to have the illusion of lack of self-confidence and dim professional prospects. Influence the pursuit of self-progress by female referees at the international level. After the referee promotion, there are few opportunities for high-level training, which hinders the further improvement of their adjudication ability. It is suggested that the selection mechanism should be improved and a systematic and reasonable Asian referee training system should be established. We will increase support for areas where the economy is underdeveloped and basketball is backward. Improve the training system and promote the professional improvement of referees. Increase international women's basketball events, improve referees to provide exercise and display platform, promote the full use of women referees in women's games. Establish Asian international basketball referees network information exchange platform to supplement the few training channels.
