【摘要】：隨著足球的不斷發(fā)展,室內(nèi)五人制足球開始更多地出現(xiàn)人們的視野之中。在大眾生活中,不少人運用的是十一人制的足球技術(shù)在踢五人制足球,或者運用五人制的技術(shù)踢十一人制比賽。為深入探討室內(nèi)五人制足球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)對十一人制技戰(zhàn)術(shù)相通和不同之處,揭示五人制足球的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)與十一人制技戰(zhàn)術(shù)相互的影響,本文以2016年五人制世界杯比賽錄像、2014年十一人制世界杯比賽錄像、北京體育大學(xué)校代表隊與湖北大學(xué)校代表隊的五人制和十一人制比賽錄像做為研究對象,采用文獻資料法、錄像分析法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對室內(nèi)五人制與十一人制足球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)運用特征及影響進行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:五人制更傾向于地面球打法,十一人制打法更加全面化;可以增強球員細膩的腳下技術(shù)、還會使球員在十一人制場上習(xí)慣性地運用五人制特有的小場地技術(shù);五人制進攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)都會對十一人制進攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)的運用提供一定的思路和參考價值等等。對于這種影響的建議:高校在進行兩者訓(xùn)練時,如果學(xué)生運動員人數(shù)足夠多,可以采用專門訓(xùn)練法,即成立兩支不同的隊伍專攻各自比賽與訓(xùn)練,避免一些技能的錯誤使用;在十一人制比賽中可以合理地運用五人制的小場地技術(shù);借助五人制靈活多變的進攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)形式為十一人制局部中前場區(qū)域的進攻提供更多的進攻方式和手段等等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of football, indoor five-man football began to appear more in the field of vision. In public life, many people use eleven-man football skills to play five-person football, or use five-person technology to play 11-man games. In order to probe into the similarities and differences between indoor five-man football techniques and tactics to 11-man football techniques and tactics, and to reveal the mutual influence between the techniques and tactics of five-man football and 11-man football, this paper makes a video of the World Cup match made by five-person football in 2016. The video of the 11-man World Cup in 2014, the five-person and 11-man match video of the Beijing Sports University and Hubei University as the research object, adopted the methods of literature, video analysis and expert interview. Questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper studies the characteristics and influence of indoor five-person and eleven-person football techniques and tactics. The results show that the five-person system is more inclined to play on the ground ball, and the 11-man system is more comprehensive, which can enhance the delicate foot skills of the players and make the players habitually use the unique small field technology of the five-person system in the eleven-person production field. Five-man offensive tactics will provide certain ideas and reference value for the application of eleven-man offensive tactics. For this kind of influence suggestion: when the university carries on the two training, if the student athlete number is enough, may adopt the special training method, that is, sets up two different teams to specialize in the respective competition and the training, avoids some skill mistake use; In the eleven-man competition, the five-man small field technology can be reasonably used, and the flexible and changeable offensive tactical form of the five-man system can provide more offensive methods and means for the attack in the local front court area of the eleven-man system, and so on.
