靜態(tài)拉伸后不同時(shí)間間隔對(duì)下肢力量和柔韌性的影響
[Abstract]:Both before and after the competition, the stretching behavior of athletes can be seen everywhere. Static stretching is one of the most common tensile methods. On the one hand, the previous research on static stretching mainly focused on its influence on athletes' physical indexes, and the results were different. On the other hand, previous laboratory tests have used continuous testing to explore the effect of static tension on the index, without considering that the test itself is also a stimulus, which may interfere with the results. Objective: the purpose of this study was to test the explosive force, maximum strength and flexibility of the lower extremities of the subjects through moderate intensity stimulation, and to explore whether there was any difference between the continuous test and the separate test. Methods: in this experiment, 13 technical students of Beijing University of physical Education were subjected to medium strength static stretching of lower extremities, and the maximum strength of lower extremities was tested continuously and separately by SPSS23.0 statistical software. Flexibility and explosive force are statistically analyzed. Result: 1. The maximum strength test of lower extremity showed that there was significant difference between different test schemes and different time points (0.156, P 0.05). At 5 min, 10 min, 15 min was 0.194 (P 0.05). 0.007 (P 0.05) and 0.006 (P 0.05). 2. The flexibility test of lower extremity showed that there was significant difference between different test schemes and different time points (0.140, P 0.05). At 5 min, 10 min, 15 min was 0.007 (P 0.05). 0.027 (P 0.05) and 0.018 (P 0.05). 3. The explosive power test of lower extremity showed that there was significant difference between different test schemes and different time points (0.901) (P 0.05). Under different test schemes for 5 min, 10 min, 15 min was 0.370 (P 0.05). 0.572 (P 0.05) and 0.453 (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. When studying the effect of static tension on the maximum strength test of lower extremity, the maximum strength value was not affected by the pre-test within 5 minutes, and within 10 minutes, the pre-test itself had a significant effect on the maximum strength value. 2. When studying the effect of static tension on the flexibility test of lower extremity, within 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes, the pre-test itself had a significant effect on the flexibility value. 3. In order to study the effect of static tension on the explosive force of lower extremity, the pre-test itself had no significant effect on the explosive force within 5 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes.
