乒乓球正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析

【摘要】:當(dāng)今,弧圈球技術(shù)是乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須掌握的重要技術(shù)手段之一。而反拉弧圈球技術(shù),已成為現(xiàn)下乒乓球比賽中,有效對(duì)付弧圈球攻防轉(zhuǎn)換、爭(zhēng)取主動(dòng)的重要技術(shù),也是現(xiàn)代高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員所必須具備的核心技術(shù)之一。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法與邏輯分析法,以VICON紅外三維動(dòng)作分析系統(tǒng)為主要實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備,以2016屆山西省高校聯(lián)盟杯的8名男性運(yùn)動(dòng)員為受試對(duì)象,對(duì)其正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)動(dòng)作的運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)乒乓球正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作進(jìn)行分析,獲取受試者下肢、重心、上肢與球拍的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù),并找出這兩種技術(shù)動(dòng)作之間,所存在的運(yùn)動(dòng)特征與差異。本論文的研究旨在為乒乓球正手反拉弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作的訓(xùn)練與教學(xué),提供理論與實(shí)踐參考價(jià)值。并讓更多的專(zhuān)業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員與乒乓運(yùn)動(dòng)愛(ài)好者可以從根本上認(rèn)識(shí)到兩者之間的差異性,為乒乓球弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作的后續(xù)研究提供一定的參考。研究結(jié)論:1.正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球兩種技術(shù)動(dòng)作各關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)順序?yàn)轷钻P(guān)節(jié)—膝關(guān)節(jié)—髖關(guān)節(jié),然后經(jīng)過(guò)身體軀干的扭轉(zhuǎn)傳遞至上肢肩關(guān)節(jié),然后至肘關(guān)節(jié),最后到達(dá)腕關(guān)節(jié),通過(guò)手與球拍,將力量作用于球。2.在整個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中,正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作中右側(cè)踝關(guān)節(jié)出現(xiàn)了明顯的彎曲動(dòng)作,兩個(gè)技術(shù)動(dòng)作均是從右側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)開(kāi)始,彎曲角度逐漸減小。并在擊球之后,右側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)與髖關(guān)節(jié)才開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)伸張現(xiàn)象。3.在正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作中,軀干作為下肢的紐帶,起到了重要的作用,在這兩種技術(shù)動(dòng)作過(guò)程中,進(jìn)行正手反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作時(shí),身體軀干扭轉(zhuǎn)角要大于正手反拉前沖弧圈球時(shí)的軀干扭轉(zhuǎn)角。4.在引拍階段,正手反拉前沖弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作上肢各關(guān)節(jié)的動(dòng)作幅度要大于正手反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作,而在擊球后的隨揮階段,正手反拉前沖弧圈球的隨揮位置主要會(huì)偏向前方,而正手反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作中的隨揮空間位移會(huì)靠前,發(fā)力方向?yàn)榍吧戏健?.球拍與球接觸瞬間,正手反拉前沖弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作拍面與球的俯仰角度會(huì)大于正手反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, arc ball technology is one of the important technical means that table tennis players must master. The reverse pull arc ball technology has become an important technology to effectively deal with the transformation of arc ball attack and defense and strive for initiative in table tennis competition, and it is also one of the core techniques that modern high-level athletes must possess. Through the methods of literature research, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper takes VICON infrared three-dimensional action analysis system as the main experimental equipment, and takes 8 male athletes of the 2016 League Cup of Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province as the subjects. The movement process of the forehand reverse pull forward arc ball and the back pull high hanging arc ball are analyzed. Through the analysis of the technical movements of table tennis forehand reverse forward arc ball and back pull high hanging arc ball, the kinematic parameters of the subjects' lower limbs, center of gravity, upper limb and racket are obtained, and the relationship between the two kinds of technical movements is found out. The characteristics and differences of motion. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical and practical reference value for the training and teaching of table tennis forehand reverse arc ball. And let more professional athletes and ping-pong enthusiasts can fundamentally recognize the difference between the two, and provide a certain reference for the follow-up study of table tennis arc ball technical action. Conclusion: 1. The motion order of each joint is ankle joint, knee joint and hip joint, which is then transferred to the upper limb shoulder joint and then to the elbow joint through the twisting of the torso of the body. Finally, the wrist joint, through the hands and rackets, the force will act on the ball. 2. In the whole movement process, the right ankle joint appeared obvious bending action in the technical action of forehand backpulling forward arc circle ball and back pull high arc ring ball, both of which began from the right knee joint, and the bending angle decreased gradually. And after hitting the ball, the right knee joint and hip joint began to stretch. The torso, as the link of the lower limbs, plays an important role in the technical action of the forehand backward arc ball and the reverse pull arc ball. In the process of these two kinds of technical movements, when the forehand reverse pull up the arc ball technical action, The torso torsional angle is larger than the torso torsional angle when the forehand pulls the forward arc circle ball. 4. In the lead stage, the forehand pull forward arc ball technical action the upper limb joint movement amplitude is larger than the forehand back pull up the arc circle ball technical action, and in the swing stage after hitting the ball, The swing position of the forward arc ball is mainly inclined to the front, while the displacement of the swing space in the technical action of the forward hand pull up the arc circle ball will be forward, and the direction of the force will be the front and upper direction. 5. At the moment of contact between the racket and the ball, the pitch angle between the racket surface and the ball will be greater than that of the forehand reverse pull high arc ball.
