乒乓球正手反拉前沖弧圈球與反拉高吊弧圈球技術(shù)動(dòng)作運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析
[Abstract]:Nowadays, arc ball technology is one of the important technical means that table tennis players must master. The reverse pull arc ball technology has become an important technology to effectively deal with the transformation of arc ball attack and defense and strive for initiative in table tennis competition, and it is also one of the core techniques that modern high-level athletes must possess. Through the methods of literature research, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper takes VICON infrared three-dimensional action analysis system as the main experimental equipment, and takes 8 male athletes of the 2016 League Cup of Colleges and Universities in Shanxi Province as the subjects. The movement process of the forehand reverse pull forward arc ball and the back pull high hanging arc ball are analyzed. Through the analysis of the technical movements of table tennis forehand reverse forward arc ball and back pull high hanging arc ball, the kinematic parameters of the subjects' lower limbs, center of gravity, upper limb and racket are obtained, and the relationship between the two kinds of technical movements is found out. The characteristics and differences of motion. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical and practical reference value for the training and teaching of table tennis forehand reverse arc ball. And let more professional athletes and ping-pong enthusiasts can fundamentally recognize the difference between the two, and provide a certain reference for the follow-up study of table tennis arc ball technical action. Conclusion: 1. The motion order of each joint is ankle joint, knee joint and hip joint, which is then transferred to the upper limb shoulder joint and then to the elbow joint through the twisting of the torso of the body. Finally, the wrist joint, through the hands and rackets, the force will act on the ball. 2. In the whole movement process, the right ankle joint appeared obvious bending action in the technical action of forehand backpulling forward arc circle ball and back pull high arc ring ball, both of which began from the right knee joint, and the bending angle decreased gradually. And after hitting the ball, the right knee joint and hip joint began to stretch. The torso, as the link of the lower limbs, plays an important role in the technical action of the forehand backward arc ball and the reverse pull arc ball. In the process of these two kinds of technical movements, when the forehand reverse pull up the arc ball technical action, The torso torsional angle is larger than the torso torsional angle when the forehand pulls the forward arc circle ball. 4. In the lead stage, the forehand pull forward arc ball technical action the upper limb joint movement amplitude is larger than the forehand back pull up the arc circle ball technical action, and in the swing stage after hitting the ball, The swing position of the forward arc ball is mainly inclined to the front, while the displacement of the swing space in the technical action of the forward hand pull up the arc circle ball will be forward, and the direction of the force will be the front and upper direction. 5. At the moment of contact between the racket and the ball, the pitch angle between the racket surface and the ball will be greater than that of the forehand reverse pull high arc ball.
