【摘要】：花式柔力球是一項(xiàng)將技術(shù)與藝術(shù)相互融合并具有藝術(shù)觀(guān)賞價(jià)值的新興民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,其特點(diǎn)是伴隨著音樂(lè)手持球拍帶球,在流動(dòng)中完成大小不同的圓,并且運(yùn)行軌跡沒(méi)有停頓、折拐、和直線(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)的表演項(xiàng)目。在隨著花式柔力球的逐步發(fā)展,柔力球的賽事也逐漸增多,但在觀(guān)賞性方面差強(qiáng)人意,如果忽視了花式柔力球的表現(xiàn)力,很有可能會(huì)進(jìn)一步影響到花式柔力球未來(lái)的推廣。因此,本研究立足于柔力球可持續(xù)發(fā)展,開(kāi)拓和發(fā)展運(yùn)動(dòng)員藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的潛能,不斷提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員綜合競(jìng)技實(shí)力,以期為柔力球訓(xùn)練提供更好的理論和實(shí)踐參考。本研究以影響花式柔力球藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的因素及其培養(yǎng)途徑為研究對(duì)象。以西安體育學(xué)院專(zhuān)修班學(xué)生、社會(huì)組織中柔力球愛(ài)好者和奧博隆有限公司教練員為調(diào)查對(duì)象。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、影像資料法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)影響花式柔力球藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的對(duì)策進(jìn)行歸納分析,研究結(jié)果表明:(1)花式柔力球是指一名或多名運(yùn)動(dòng)員在音樂(lè)伴奏下,手握柔力球球拍,以柔圓退整為技術(shù)特點(diǎn),構(gòu)成各種類(lèi)型和不同難度等級(jí)的動(dòng)作,并形成以圓為核心、沒(méi)有停頓和折點(diǎn)、優(yōu)美流暢的組合動(dòng)作和成套動(dòng)作的一項(xiàng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。(2)花式柔力球藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力就是是練習(xí)者在花式柔力球規(guī)則允許的范圍內(nèi),通過(guò)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)技術(shù)水平、組織編排、肢體語(yǔ)言、面部表情等外在表達(dá)方式將自身內(nèi)心情感透過(guò)音樂(lè)表達(dá)出來(lái),從而獲得觀(guān)眾和裁判的青睞,并產(chǎn)生相同情感的一種能力,它是內(nèi)在精神氣質(zhì)和外在動(dòng)作表現(xiàn)的統(tǒng)一。(3)花式柔力球藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的影響因素可分為主觀(guān)因素和客觀(guān)因素兩大方面,主觀(guān)因素主要有專(zhuān)項(xiàng)素質(zhì)能力、音樂(lè)素養(yǎng)、動(dòng)作設(shè)計(jì)與組織編排、服飾搭配、心理素質(zhì)、文化修養(yǎng);客觀(guān)因素有教練員的綜合素質(zhì)、訓(xùn)練方法、競(jìng)賽規(guī)則。(4)針對(duì)影響花式柔力球藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力的影響因素,提出了以下四種培養(yǎng)途徑:增強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員專(zhuān)項(xiàng)技術(shù)訓(xùn)練;提高花式柔力球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的藝術(shù)素養(yǎng);提高花式柔力球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的綜合素養(yǎng);增強(qiáng)教練員的執(zhí)教能力。
[Abstract]:Fancy soft ball is a new national traditional sports event which integrates technology and art and has artistic ornamental value. It is characterized by the completion of circles of different sizes in the flow with music holding rackets and carrying the ball. And the track does not stop, turn, and straight line movement of the performance items. With the gradual development of fancy flexible ball, the competition of flexible ball is also gradually increasing, but it is not satisfactory in the aspect of ornamental. If the expressive force of fancy flexible ball is ignored, it is likely to further affect the promotion of fancy flexible ball in the future. Therefore, this study is based on the sustainable development of flexible ball, opens up and develops the potential of athletes' artistic expression, and constantly improves the comprehensive competitive strength of athletes, in order to provide better theoretical and practical reference for flexible ball training. In this study, the factors affecting the artistic expression of fancy flexible ball and its cultivation methods are taken as the research object. The students of Xi'an Institute of physical Education, soft ball enthusiasts and coaches of Oberon Co., Ltd. The methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, image data and data statistics are used to sum up and analyze the countermeasures that affect the artistic expression of fancy flexible ball. The results show that: (1) the fancy flexible ball refers to one or more athletes holding the soft ball racket in their hands under the music accompaniment, taking the soft circle as the technical characteristic, forming various types and different difficulty levels of action, and forming the circle as the core. No pause and folding, a beautiful and smooth combination of movements and a complete set of movements. (2) the artistic expressive force of the fancy flexible ball is that the practitioner passes the special technical level within the range allowed by the rules of the fancy flexible ball. Organization, body language, facial expression and other external expressions express their inner feelings through music, thus gaining the favor of the audience and referees, and the ability to produce the same emotion. It is the unity of internal spiritual temperament and external action expression. (3) the influencing factors of artistic expression of fancy flexible ball can be divided into subjective factors and objective factors, which are mainly special quality ability and music literacy. Action design and organization arrangement, dress collocation, psychological quality, cultural accomplishment; The objective factors are the comprehensive quality of coaches, training methods, competition rules. (4) in view of the factors that affect the artistic expression of fancy flexible ball, this paper puts forward the following four ways of training: strengthening the special technical training of athletes; Improve the artistic literacy of fancy flexible ball players; improve the comprehensive literacy of fancy flexible ball players; enhance the coaching ability of coaches.
