核心力量訓(xùn)練在籃球?qū)_x學(xué)生體能訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The core, the middle part of the human torso, is a whole composed of shoulder joints, lumbar vertebrae, hip joints, and pelvis, including diaphragm (1), abdominal (5), pelvic (8), dorsal (9), thigh (11). The core muscle group can stabilize the center of gravity of the body, keep the balance of the body, and transmit the power outward. It is the "energy source" of the body strength, which is equivalent to the engine of the car, and has the function of connecting the above and the next. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on the strength training to the core area large and small muscle group in the sports training. Everything has its value, and core strength training is no exception. The value of core strength training is that it has a set of scientific, systematic and unique training methods, which can improve the function of the human body. In a sense, the strength generated by the core part determines the movement ability of the human body. Core strength training has become very important. Under the control of the motor nervous system, powerful core forces are more likely to show faster speed, greater overall strength, more enduring endurance, better flexibility, greater sensitivity and better proprioception, These qualities are essential in any sport. This paper focuses on the application of core strength training in physical fitness training of basketball students, mainly on the application of core strength in basketball team of senior high school. The structure of the article is as follows: 1. On the basis of consulting the literature about the core strength training, the significance of the research on the core strength training and the current research situation at home and abroad are expounded. 2, according to the actual situation of the first Middle School of Wenshang County, Shandong Province, design the experiment content and process, put forward the hypothesis, determine the research object and method and carry on the experiment; 3, after the experiment is finished, use the scientific method to analyze the experiment data, verify the hypothesis; 4, comprehensive literature, experimental situation and data analysis, draw conclusions and recommendations. In the experiment, 30 basketball team members of the first Middle School (Senior High School) of Wenchang County, Shandong Province, were selected as the subjects of this study, and they were reasonably divided into the experimental group of core strength training and the control group of traditional strength training. In order to ensure the objectivity of the experiment, the training plan was made by me, two physical education teachers were carried out, and the contents of the experiment were kept confidential. After the pre-test, post-test and comparison of the experimental results, the difference between the core strength training and the traditional strength training is analyzed, and the conclusions and suggestions of this study are drawn. In this experiment, the experts, teachers and practitioners in the field of physical fitness were widely asked for the opinions of the experts, teachers and practitioners in the field of physical fitness, in order to be close to the special technical movements of basketball. Eight core strength training movements were selected as the training contents of the experimental group and 8 traditional strength training movements as the control group. In the experiment of 8 weeks, we summarize the effect of core strength training, deepen the empirical research of core strength training theory in basketball physical ability training, innovate the training mode in practice, and establish and perfect the training system of high school basketball. To inject new contents into physical education teaching and sports training, and to promote the further improvement and development of physical fitness and technical level of male basketball athletes in ordinary senior high schools. For basketball coaches or physical education teachers in the future education and strength training to provide a certain reference basis.
