高校非專業(yè)田徑運動員賽前短期訓練心理生理監(jiān)控研究

【摘要】:研究目的:體育運動訓練領域中,通常采用生理、心理兩種方式對訓練過程進行監(jiān)測,生理指標監(jiān)測可以客觀地反映運動員的身體機能,監(jiān)測約束條件較多;心理指標則能主觀地反映運動員自身狀態(tài),監(jiān)測簡單易行。本研究旨在尋找能夠監(jiān)測一定時間長度訓練量的心理指標,從而能夠在心理上和生理上全面監(jiān)測運動員訓練狀態(tài)。研究方法:本研究主要使用RPE(主觀努力感覺)和POMS(心境狀態(tài)剖面圖)量表對遼寧工業(yè)大學田徑隊的20名非專業(yè)運動員進行跟蹤監(jiān)測;谕挥柧毩孔兓,分析RPE和POMS變化規(guī)律及相互關系,RPE、POMS與心率、血壓間變化規(guī)律及相互關系。研究結(jié)果:(1)訓練量能夠影響RPE的變化,RPE在運動員身體機能沒有明顯提升時變化規(guī)律相同,影響效果明顯。(2)訓練量對POMS的積極維度和消極維度均產(chǎn)生影響,但消極維度對訓練量反映更明顯。(3)RPE和POMS各分量表間存在線性關系,RPE和積極情緒相關程度不大,和消極情緒及TMD呈正相關,變化趨勢相同。(4)RPE等級增加,血壓收縮壓也相應增加,反之減小;POMS消極維度和TMD與血壓增加或減少的變化相同,TMD與心率關系不大。研究結(jié)論:(1)RPE等級能夠明顯反映出訓練量變化規(guī)律,但受運動員身體機能變化的影響。(2)POMS量表可以有效反映訓練量的變化規(guī)律,賽前應考慮比賽應激影響。(3)同時使用兩種量表可以準確反映訓練量變化規(guī)律。(4)使用心理和生理兩種監(jiān)測手段,可以全面準確快捷地反映運動員訓練狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: in the field of sports training, physiological and psychological methods are usually used to monitor the training process. Physiological index monitoring can objectively reflect the athletes' physical function and monitor more restrictive conditions. The psychological index can reflect the athlete's own state subjectively, and the monitoring is simple and easy. The purpose of this study is to find out the psychological indexes which can monitor the amount of training for a certain period of time, so as to monitor the training state of athletes psychologically and physiologically. Methods: RPE (subjective effort perception) and POMS (mood profile chart) were used to track and monitor 20 non-professional athletes in track and field team of Liaoning University of Technology. Based on the same training volume, the relationship between RPE and POMS, RPE,POMS, heart rate and blood pressure were analyzed. The results are as follows: (1) the amount of training can affect the change of RPE, and the change rule of RPE is the same when the athlete's body function is not improved obviously, and the effect is obvious. (2) the amount of training affects both the positive dimension and the negative dimension of POMS. (3) there was a linear relationship between RPE and POMS subscales, and there was no significant correlation between RPE and positive emotion. There was a positive correlation between RPE and negative emotion and TMD. (4) the RPE grade increased, and there was a positive correlation between the negative dimension and the training quantity. (4) the level of RPE increased. Systolic blood pressure also increased correspondingly, and decreased vice versa. The negative dimension of POMS and the change of TMD were the same as the increase or decrease of blood pressure, but the relationship between TMD and heart rate was not significant. Conclusion: (1) the RPE grade can reflect the training quantity change law obviously, but affected by the athlete's body function change. (2) the POMS scale can reflect the training quantity change rule effectively. The influence of competition stress should be considered before the competition. (3) the change rule of training quantity can be accurately reflected by using two kinds of scales at the same time. (4) the training state of athletes can be fully and accurately reflected by using psychological and physiological monitoring methods.
