【摘要】：為提高競賽的觀賞性和激勵性,國際摔聯(lián)對規(guī)則進(jìn)行了不斷的修改,通過對2014年世界女子摔跤錦標(biāo)賽、2014年歐洲女子摔跤錦標(biāo)賽的執(zhí)裁經(jīng)歷以及對比賽錄像的觀看統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,強(qiáng)制30 s判罰使用情況在小級別中使用比較少,中大級別使用較多,判罰使用次數(shù)與對方得分成正比;30 s判罰過程中運(yùn)動員技戰(zhàn)術(shù)選擇主要以轉(zhuǎn)移技術(shù)、抱腿技術(shù)、打邊界戰(zhàn)術(shù)為主,當(dāng)運(yùn)動員被判罰消極后不積極使用動作,從而導(dǎo)致自己失分,影響運(yùn)動員在消極判罰中得分因素主要以技戰(zhàn)術(shù)選擇、心理、以及裁判執(zhí)裁為主,分別占到了40%、30%和15%。建議教練員在訓(xùn)練中根據(jù)規(guī)則,重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動員在消極判罰時的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的使用及心理訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the ornamental and motivating nature of the competition, the International Wrestling Federation has continuously revised the rules, through statistical analysis of the experience of the judges of the 2014 World Women's Wrestling Championships and the 2014 European Women's wrestling Championships, as well as the viewing of the video of the competition. The use of mandatory 30 s penalty is less in the small level, more in the middle and large level, and the times of penalty use is proportional to the score of the other party. In the 30 s decision process, the athletes' technical and tactical choices are mainly transfer techniques, leg-holding techniques, and boundary tactics. When the athletes are sentenced to negative punishment, they do not actively use the action, which leads to their loss of points. The factors that affect the athletes' scores in negative judgment are mainly technical and tactical choice, psychology, and referee, accounting for 40%, 30% and 15%, respectively. It is suggested that coaches should strengthen the technical and tactical use and psychological training of athletes in negative punishment according to the rules in training.
