【摘要】：研究基于運(yùn)動(dòng)員退役的過程理論,通過案例分析的方式對(duì)我國運(yùn)動(dòng)員退役過程中出現(xiàn)的心理問題及應(yīng)對(duì)策略進(jìn)行分析討論。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),"運(yùn)動(dòng)員階段"在自我身份認(rèn)同方面存在角色定位不準(zhǔn),表現(xiàn)出負(fù)面的心理狀態(tài);"打算退役階段"存在角色認(rèn)知和自我評(píng)價(jià)下降問題,容易產(chǎn)生"職業(yè)倦怠";"退役過渡階段"易受到社會(huì)輿論影響,產(chǎn)生"社會(huì)焦慮綜合征";"退役后階段"因心理壓力大,就業(yè)難,缺少社會(huì)和相關(guān)方面的支持,容易出現(xiàn)迷茫和焦慮的狀態(tài)�；谝陨蠁栴},從過程理論的四個(gè)階段對(duì)我國運(yùn)動(dòng)員退役過程中的應(yīng)對(duì)策略進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:Based on the process theory of athletes' retirement, this paper analyzes and discusses the psychological problems and coping strategies of Chinese athletes in the process of retirement through the way of case analysis. The results show that the "athlete stage" has a negative psychological state in the aspect of self-identity, and there is a decline in role cognition and self-evaluation in the "intention to retire" stage, which is prone to "job burnout". The "retirement transition stage" is susceptible to the influence of public opinion, resulting in "social anxiety syndrome", and the "post-retirement stage" is prone to confusion and anxiety due to great psychological pressure, difficult employment and lack of social and related support. Based on the above problems, this paper discusses the coping strategies in the process of retiring Chinese athletes from the four stages of process theory.
