基于不同數(shù)據(jù)分析方法評(píng)價(jià)老年人穿不同鞋時(shí)的行走穩(wěn)定性
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to evaluate the walking stability of elderly women in bare feet, slippers, general sports shoes and walking shoes based on the quantitative methods of three kinds of different principles. Methods: 60-75-year-old women were walking on treadmill with three kinds of shoes and bare feet for 8 minutes each time. The infrared high speed motion capture system is used to collect the kinematic data during walking. The walking stability was evaluated by the variability evaluation of gait parameters (standard deviation, coefficient of variation, absolute median deviation), maximum Lyapunov exponent and Hurst index. Results: in the analysis method of variability index, there was no statistical significance among the indexes of several different states of the elderly. The calculated results of the maximum Lyapunov index show that the difference between the indices of different foot wearing states calculated by different indicators is statistically significant. The index calculated by bare foot was significantly higher than that of sports shoes and walking shoes for the elderly. The results of Hurst index calculated by ki width showed that the long-range correlation of walking data was significantly higher than that of the other three states when walking with walking shoes for the elderly. Research conclusions: 1. Variability measurement failed to distinguish the difference of walking stability between the elderly when wearing different shoes. The results of the study of the maximum Lyapunov index showed that the stability of the elderly during barefoot walking was lower than that of wearing shoes, while the difference between wearing other shoes was not different by 3. According to the statistical results of Hurst index calculated by ki width, it is shown that the elderly walking shoes have stronger long-range correlation, which indicates that the elderly walking shoes are more helpful for the elderly to keep the walking steady state.
