【摘要】：中國競技網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展與國際競技網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展逐漸凸顯出的差距要求我們分析研究中國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪問法、問卷調(diào)查法、SWOT分析法、邏輯分析法等,系統(tǒng)分析中國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的SWOT(優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會、威脅),并根據(jù)SWOT矩陣模型和思路,組合成四種戰(zhàn)略組合SO、ST、WO、WT,找出符合中國現(xiàn)階段社會發(fā)展和國際網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動發(fā)展趨勢相適應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。我們通過分析研究表明:1競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為針對競技網(wǎng)球在一定的發(fā)展周期內(nèi)提出具體的規(guī)劃和方針政策,進(jìn)而為實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的過程所做的系統(tǒng)的、階段性的、科學(xué)的運(yùn)籌和謀劃。2、后備人才因子、管理模式因子、競賽體制因子、教練員因子、運(yùn)動員文化與職業(yè)素養(yǎng)因子、訓(xùn)練因子是影響我國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的主要制約因素。3、國際網(wǎng)球的發(fā)展,“李娜現(xiàn)象”,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和商業(yè)發(fā)展是我國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的促進(jìn)因素。4、根據(jù)我國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展過程中存在的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅,中國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略有四種共選擇:發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢、把握機(jī)會的開拓型戰(zhàn)略;利用機(jī)會、克服弱點的爭取型戰(zhàn)略;利用優(yōu)勢、避免風(fēng)險的抗?fàn)幮蛻?zhàn)略;減少弱點、避免風(fēng)險的保守型戰(zhàn)略。每一個戰(zhàn)略包含兩種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略類型。5、中國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方位角θ=121.188°∈[π/2,3π/4]之間,位于第二象限內(nèi),屬于爭取型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,戰(zhàn)略類型屬于爭取型;戰(zhàn)略強(qiáng)度ρ=0.5135大于0.5,應(yīng)采取積極開拓的戰(zhàn)略措施。因此中國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略為以進(jìn)取型為主的爭取型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和采取積極開拓的戰(zhàn)略措施。
