平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩跨步跳技術(shù)的影響研究

【摘要】:本文用錄像觀察法、圖像解析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)為主要研究方法,對(duì)參加2013年第十二屆全運(yùn)會(huì)男子三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)比賽項(xiàng)目獲得冠軍的運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,研究對(duì)象為我國(guó)優(yōu)秀三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩的模擬訓(xùn)練。由于研究對(duì)象自身的情況和比賽日程的限制,使得兩次的拍攝過(guò)程不易實(shí)施。本研究的兩次拍攝過(guò)程均選取曹碩在國(guó)家體育總局訓(xùn)練局的田徑館模擬訓(xùn)練時(shí)最好的一次運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī),并依據(jù)前人研究結(jié)果的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù)為對(duì)照參數(shù),對(duì)解析后的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)技術(shù)參數(shù)應(yīng)用運(yùn)動(dòng)生物力學(xué)原理和數(shù)學(xué)方法解析,并在我國(guó)優(yōu)秀三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩的平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練前后分析出的跨步跳數(shù)據(jù)上進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩在平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練前的模擬訓(xùn)練中的水平速度利用率較差,跨步跳各角度不是最佳的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)角度,落地緩沖時(shí)間和蹬伸時(shí)間都要比世界優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員長(zhǎng)。分析討論了跨步跳的起跳速度與起跳角度、跨步跳落地緩沖腿的支撐時(shí)間在平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練前后數(shù)據(jù)上的差異性,以及曹碩在模擬訓(xùn)練中與世界優(yōu)秀三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員存在的差異,使其在今后的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意和加強(qiáng)的方面有了針對(duì)性的訓(xùn)練。并推斷出平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)其跨步跳技術(shù)有影響的,并對(duì)于改善和提高其跨步跳技術(shù)是有幫助的。研究結(jié)論:我國(guó)男子三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩在跨步跳起跳時(shí)的水平速度損失率偏高;跨步跳起跳技術(shù)的各角度參數(shù)與世界優(yōu)秀三級(jí)跳遠(yuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員存在著明顯差異;其跨步跳過(guò)程中支撐總時(shí)間比世界優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員要長(zhǎng)。平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)于其跨步跳技術(shù)各運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù)都有著影響,數(shù)值上都有相對(duì)的變化,都在向著世界優(yōu)秀三級(jí)跳運(yùn)動(dòng)員的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)發(fā)展,說(shuō)明平衡板結(jié)合專(zhuān)項(xiàng)體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員曹碩的跨步跳技術(shù)存在著有利的影響,對(duì)曹碩取得優(yōu)異的運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī),起到了關(guān)鍵作用。
[Abstract]:Using video observation method, image analysis method and mathematical statistics as the main research methods, this paper takes Cao Shuo, an athlete who won the championship in the men's triple jump competition of the 12th National Games in 2013, as the experimental object. The object of study is the simulation training of Cao Shuo, an excellent triple jumper in China. Because of the limitation of the research object's own situation and the competition schedule, the two shooting process is not easy to carry out. The best performance of Cao Shuo in the track and field hall of the training Bureau of the State Administration of Sports was selected in the two shooting processes of this study, and according to the kinematics parameters of previous research results, the control parameters were taken as the control parameters. The kinematic technical parameters after analysis are analyzed by applying the principles of sports biomechanics and mathematical methods, and the step jump data obtained by Cao Shuo, an outstanding Chinese triple jumper before and after special physical training, are compared and analyzed. It is found that Cao Shuo, an excellent Chinese triple jumper, has a poor utilization ratio of horizontal velocity in the simulation training before the balance board combined with special physical training, and the angle of stride jump is not the best kinematics angle. Landing buffer time and pedaling time are longer than the world's best sports staff. This paper analyzes and discusses the difference of the take-off speed and take-off angle of the step jump and the support time of the buffer leg of the step jump ground between the balance board and the data before and after the special physical training. As well as the differences between Cao Shuo and the world's outstanding triple jumpers in the simulation training, the specific training should be paid attention to and strengthened in the course of the special training in the future. It is inferred that balance board combined with special physical training has influence on its step jump technique, and it is helpful to improve and improve its step jump technique. Conclusion: the loss rate of horizontal velocity of Chinese male triple jumper Cao Shuo is on the high side, and there are obvious differences between the angle parameters of step jump taking-off technique and the world's excellent triple jumpers. The total support time of the stride is longer than that of the world's elite athletes. The balance board combined with the special physical training has an impact on the kinematic parameters of its step jump technique, and has relative changes in the numerical value. All of them are developing towards the development trend of the world's outstanding triple jumpers. It is pointed out that the balance board combined with special physical training has a beneficial effect on Cao Shuo's step jumping technique and plays a key role in Cao Shuo's excellent performance in sports.
