【摘要】：可持續(xù)的項(xiàng)目收益是實(shí)現(xiàn)體育場(chǎng)館PPP項(xiàng)目成功運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要條件�；谙到y(tǒng)工程和交易成本經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),構(gòu)建了考慮交易成本的既有體育場(chǎng)館PPP項(xiàng)目收益系統(tǒng)模型。以重慶某體育場(chǎng)館為例,利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)和模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法對(duì)既有體育場(chǎng)館PPP項(xiàng)目收益系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行模擬仿真,討論了特定折現(xiàn)率水平下特許經(jīng)營(yíng)期、體育服務(wù)特許價(jià)格、體育活動(dòng)人數(shù)以及商業(yè)服務(wù)價(jià)格變化對(duì)既有體育場(chǎng)館PPP項(xiàng)目收益系統(tǒng)的影響效果及其變化規(guī)律,為體育場(chǎng)館PPP項(xiàng)目中政府與社會(huì)資本投資者投資決策與動(dòng)態(tài)管理提供參考。
[Abstract]:Sustainable project revenue is an important condition for the successful operation of stadium PPP project. Based on system engineering and transaction cost economics, a revenue system model of existing gymnasium PPP project considering transaction cost is constructed. Taking a gymnasium in Chongqing as an example, using system dynamics and fuzzy mathematics method to simulate the key parameters of the PPP project income system of existing sports stadiums and stadiums, discussed the franchise period and the franchise price of sports service at the level of specific discount rate. The effect of the change of the number of sports activities and the price of commercial service on the income system of the existing gymnasium PPP project and its changing rule provide reference for the investment decision-making and dynamic management of the government and the social capital investors in the PPP project of the gymnasium and stadiums.
