【摘要】：籃球傳統(tǒng)項目學校(以下統(tǒng)稱籃球傳統(tǒng)校)的開展不僅為高校輸送了很多優(yōu)秀的籃球運動人才,同時還促進校園籃球文化的開展和校園精神文明的建設(shè),籃球傳統(tǒng)校作為培養(yǎng)并向高校輸送籃球后備人才的重要基地,其發(fā)展是否良好將直接影響江蘇省高�；@球運動的發(fā)展。從高校招收籃球高水平運動員開始,不僅改變了我國舉國體制下籃球后備人才培養(yǎng)輸送的弊端,而且還促進了籃球運動在我國校園的開展�；仡櫧K省籃球傳統(tǒng)校的輝煌歷史,在全國范圍內(nèi)取得了很好的成績。籃球傳統(tǒng)校不僅僅在人才培養(yǎng)上為我國輸送了很多優(yōu)秀的籃球運動員,而且對中學籃球運動開展還促進了中學生校園籃球的普及和發(fā)展。近些年,在全國中學生籃球賽場上卻很少看見江蘇的隊伍,說明江蘇省籃球傳統(tǒng)校等各方面發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了問題。再看高�；@球隊,除了中國礦業(yè)大學取得一次全國冠軍之外,其他球隊很少能打進南北分區(qū)賽。由于高�；@球隊運動員主要是籃球傳統(tǒng)校球員,所以從根本上還是籃球傳統(tǒng)校出現(xiàn)問題。但與此同時,在高校方面和現(xiàn)行的輸送模式上也存在很大問題。而在外環(huán)境方面,國家教育部規(guī)定的招生政策上也在一定程度的限制性。本文就江蘇省籃球傳統(tǒng)校向高校輸送后備人才的各個因素進行研究分析,為江蘇省籃球事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)理論依據(jù),培養(yǎng)更多優(yōu)秀的籃球人才,促進江蘇省校園籃球文化的開展和校園精神文明的建設(shè),為我國籃球事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展貢獻自己的微薄之力。本論文采用文獻資料法,專家訪談法,問卷調(diào)查法,邏輯思維法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,從籃球傳統(tǒng)校、高校和現(xiàn)行輸送模式及新政策三方面進行研究,最終得出以下結(jié)論:1、籃球傳統(tǒng)校運動員身體條件、訓練基礎(chǔ)和文化成績不夠理想2、教練員隊伍綜合質(zhì)與高水平球隊還有差距,亟待提高3、競賽機制不盡合理,學訓矛盾較為突出4、高校招收政策影響籃球后備人才輸送,省內(nèi)人才輸送不理想5、現(xiàn)行培養(yǎng)及輸送模式多樣,各有利弊,各渠道間關(guān)聯(lián)性不顯著6、新政策出臺對籃球傳統(tǒng)校、高校及現(xiàn)行輸送模式存在相當?shù)呢撁嬗绊�。根�?jù)相關(guān)因素研究給出建議:1、引進高素質(zhì)人才,加強教練員團隊的建設(shè)2、改革和完善競賽制度,增加運動員參賽機會3、發(fā)揮學校能動性,降低學訓矛盾程度4、提高訓練的科學化、系統(tǒng)化,保證訓練質(zhì)量5、加大對高校球隊的建設(shè)的投入,增建球隊的等級規(guī)模6、轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,實現(xiàn)籃球后備人才的多元化培養(yǎng)輸送模式
[Abstract]:The development of basketball traditional project school (hereinafter referred to as basketball traditional school) not only brings many excellent basketball talents to colleges and universities, but also promotes the development of campus basketball culture and the construction of campus spiritual civilization. Basketball traditional school as an important base for training and conveying basketball reserve talents to colleges and universities whether its development is good or not will directly affect the development of basketball in colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province. Starting from the recruitment of high-level basketball players in colleges and universities, it not only changes the malpractice of the training and transportation of basketball reserve talents under the whole country system, but also promotes the development of basketball on the campus of our country. Reviewing the glorious history of the traditional basketball school in Jiangsu Province, we have achieved good results all over the country. Basketball traditional school not only conveys many excellent basketball players to our country in talent training, but also promotes the popularization and development of middle school basketball in middle school. In recent years, Jiangsu team is seldom seen in the basketball field of middle school students all over the country, which shows that there are problems in the development of Jiangsu traditional basketball school and other aspects. Looking at the college basketball team, except for the China University of Mining and Technology to win a national championship, few other teams can play in the North-South Division. Because college basketball team players are mainly basketball traditional school players, so fundamentally or basketball traditional school problems. But at the same time, in the aspect of colleges and universities and the current transportation mode, there are also a lot of problems. In the external environment, the admissions policy stipulated by the Ministry of Education is also restricted to a certain extent. This article carries on the research analysis to the Jiangsu Province basketball tradition school to the university transportation reserve talented person each factor, provides the basic theory basis for the Jiangsu Province basketball enterprise development, trains more outstanding basketball talents, To promote the development of campus basketball culture and the construction of campus spiritual civilization in Jiangsu Province, and to contribute to the vigorous development of basketball in our country. This paper adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, logical thinking, mathematical statistics, from the basketball traditional schools, colleges and universities and the current transport mode and new policies three aspects of research, and finally come to the following conclusions: 1, Basketball traditional school athletes physical conditions, training basis and cultural achievements are not ideal 2, coaches and high-level teams there is still a gap between comprehensive quality and high-level teams, need to be improved 3, the competition mechanism is unreasonable, the contradiction between learning and training is more prominent 4, The recruitment policy of colleges and universities affects the transfer of basketball reserve talents, the transfer of talents in the province is not ideal 5, the current training and transportation modes are diverse, each has its advantages and disadvantages, the correlation between the various channels is not significant, 6 the new policy is introduced to traditional basketball schools. Colleges and universities and the current mode of transportation have a considerable negative impact. According to the relevant factors, suggestions are given: 1, introducing high-quality talents, strengthening the construction of coaches' team, reforming and perfecting the competition system, increasing the opportunities for athletes to participate in the competition, giving full play to the initiative of the school, and reducing the degree of contradiction in learning and training. Improve the scientific and systematic training, ensure the training quality 5, increase the investment in the construction of college teams, increase the scale of the team, change the concept, and realize the diversified training and transportation mode of basketball reserve talents.
