西安體育學(xué)院網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生體能特征的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:目的:通過對(duì)西安體育學(xué)院體育教育系網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行體能測(cè)試和網(wǎng)球比賽,了解西安體育學(xué)院目前的網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生的體能情況。同時(shí)為制定或完善西安體育學(xué)院網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生體能訓(xùn)練體系,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員提供可借鑒的理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。方法:測(cè)試法:本研究選擇西安體育學(xué)院體育教育系網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)專項(xiàng)的學(xué)生(男性)30名作為研究對(duì)象,年齡為20~23歲。其中大二至大四網(wǎng)球?qū)P迣W(xué)生各10名分為測(cè)試組1,測(cè)試組2,測(cè)試組3,同年級(jí)學(xué)生網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平相當(dāng),熟悉比賽規(guī)則,以及網(wǎng)球各類技術(shù)熟練應(yīng)用。應(yīng)用撿球折返跑、側(cè)向滑步往返跑、六邊形往返雙足跳。比賽等方法對(duì)各年級(jí)網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生的體能特征進(jìn)行檢測(cè),整理數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行分析,研究不同年級(jí)體育大學(xué)生的體能特點(diǎn)及影響體能的因素,同時(shí)考察這些體能因素對(duì)專項(xiàng)比賽成績(jī)的影響。結(jié)果:通過對(duì)西安體育學(xué)院網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生體能的測(cè)試表明,在爆發(fā)力、力量耐力、柔韌、有氧耐力方面大二網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生表現(xiàn)較好,在靈敏、短距離加速啟停方面大四網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生表現(xiàn)較好,而大三網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生則在兩組中間,無特別突出表現(xiàn)。具體來說在靈敏和短距離加速啟停上,有撿球折返跑、側(cè)向滑步往返跑及六邊形往返雙足跳三個(gè)項(xiàng)目,在這三個(gè)項(xiàng)目中平均用時(shí)最少的均是大四學(xué)生,與大二大四學(xué)生測(cè)試成績(jī)相差1s左右。在肌肉力量和耐力方面即1min仰臥起坐和1min俯臥撐測(cè)試,成績(jī)最好的均是大二學(xué)生,比其他兩個(gè)年級(jí)測(cè)試成績(jī)多出5~10個(gè),說明在肌肉力量與耐力方面大二學(xué)生遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超于其他兩個(gè)年級(jí)。在爆發(fā)力及力量傳遞測(cè)試中,三個(gè)年級(jí)學(xué)生測(cè)試前拋球平均值分別為10.25m,10.06m,10.01m相差不大。原地縱跳摸高測(cè)試中大二學(xué)生平均成績(jī)最高,比其他兩個(gè)年級(jí)多0.1m左右,說明下肢肌肉爆發(fā)力較強(qiáng)。坐位體前屈測(cè)試的是身體柔韌度。大二學(xué)生平均成績(jī)最高,比成績(jī)最差的大三學(xué)生多2.82cm,說明大二學(xué)生身體柔韌度較好。在3000m有氧耐力測(cè)試中大637.2s,其次是測(cè)試組2,成績(jī)?yōu)?48.6s,測(cè)試組3平均用時(shí)最長(zhǎng),為681s。說明大二學(xué)生有氧耐力優(yōu)于大三、大四學(xué)生。結(jié)合爆發(fā)力測(cè)試,說明大二學(xué)生在爆發(fā)力和耐力方面均表現(xiàn)較為突出。通過比賽統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)及比賽結(jié)果得知,在同年級(jí)內(nèi)網(wǎng)球比賽中,體能測(cè)試結(jié)果較好的網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生,在比賽時(shí)易占據(jù)比賽主動(dòng)權(quán)從而獲得比賽勝利。結(jié)論:(1)隨著學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)球時(shí)間的增加,網(wǎng)球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生短距離啟停能力和身體平衡能力逐漸提高,即速度素質(zhì)和靈敏素質(zhì)得到提高。但力量、耐力、柔韌素質(zhì)出現(xiàn)不同程度的下降,特別是耐力素質(zhì)下降幅度較大。(2)個(gè)別大二學(xué)生體能較好,但因?qū)W習(xí)網(wǎng)球時(shí)間較短,無法發(fā)揮體能優(yōu)勢(shì),比賽時(shí)無法占據(jù)主動(dòng),導(dǎo)致失誤較多。大四學(xué)生雖技術(shù)較好,但耐力較差,若比賽時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),不能保持良好的競(jìng)技狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the physical performance of the current tennis special students in Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education by carrying out the physical fitness test and the tennis match for the sports education system of the Xi' an Sports College. At the same time, to develop or perfect the physical training system of the tennis special students of Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education, to train the excellent tennis players to provide the theoretical and practical basis for reference. Method: The test method: The study selected 30 students (male) of the sports education system of Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education as the study object, and the age was 20-23 years. Among them,10 of the major two-to-four-year-old tennis students are divided into the test group 1, the test group 2, the test group 3, the same grade student's tennis skill level, familiar with the competition rules, and the various technical skills of the tennis ball. The ball is applied to the ball to be folded back and run, the lateral sliding step is carried out to and fro, and the hexagonal round-trip double-foot jump is carried out. Results: Through the test of the physical ability of the tennis special students in Xi 'an Institute of Physical Education, the performance of the two-class tennis special students in the aspects of explosive force, strength endurance, flexibility and aerobic endurance is good, and the four-tennis special students are better in the sensitive and short-distance acceleration and shutdown. In the middle of the two groups, the three special tennis students have no outstanding performance. In particular, on the start and stop of sensitive and short-distance acceleration, there are three projects of ball-picking, back-back, lateral sliding-step and round-trip and hexagonal round-trip double-foot, and the average time in the three projects is the four-year-old student, and the test result of the two-four students is about 1 s. In that aspect of muscle strength and endurance, i. e.,1 minute sit-up and 1 minute push-up test, the best result is two students,5-10 more than the other two grades, and the two students in the muscle strength and endurance are far beyond the other two grades. In the test of explosive force and force transmission, the average ball-throwing average of the three-grade students was 10.25 m, 10.06 m and 10.01 m, respectively. In the in-place vertical-jump-touch high-test, the average score of the two students is the highest, which is about 0.1 m higher than the other two grades, indicating that the muscle of the lower limbs is strong in explosive force. The pre-bending of the sitting body is the body flexibility. The average score of the two students is up to 2.82 cm, which shows that the second-class students have good physical flexibility. In the 3000m aerobic endurance test, 637.2s, followed by test group 2, was 648.6s, and the average time of test group 3 was up to 681s. It is shown that the aerobic endurance of the two students is better than that of the third and the four students. Combined with the explosive force test, the two students show that the students are more prominent in the explosive force and the endurance. According to the competition statistics and the results of the competition, in the tennis match of the same grade, the physical fitness test result is a good tennis special student, which is easy to occupy the initiative of the game during the game, so as to obtain the win of the game. Conclusion: (1) With the increase of the learning tennis time, the short-range start-stop ability and the body balance ability of the special tennis students are gradually improved, that is, the speed quality and the sensitive quality are improved. But the strength, the endurance, the flexible quality have a different degree of decline, especially the endurance quality decline amplitude is large. (2) The individual big two students have better physical ability, but because of the short time of learning the tennis time, the ability to play the physical ability advantage can not be played, and it is not possible to take the initiative in the game, resulting in more errors. 4. Although the technology is good, but the endurance is poor, if the game time is long, it can't maintain good competitive state.
