【摘要】：中國體育代表團(tuán)在里約奧運(yùn)會的不公遭遇,反映出中國在國際體育領(lǐng)域中缺乏話語權(quán),這主要是中國體育話語質(zhì)量不高、話語傳播效果不佳、議程設(shè)置能力不足等主觀原因與西方的刻板偏見、西強(qiáng)中弱的國際體育格局、中國體育傳媒的弱勢地位等客觀原因造成的。面對這種情況,我國應(yīng)制定應(yīng)對方略:加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計,制定體育國際話語權(quán)戰(zhàn)略;加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)理論研究,構(gòu)建體育外交話語體系;打造話語平臺,創(chuàng)新體育話語表達(dá)模式;扶持華人華僑社團(tuán),資助華文媒體建設(shè);搶奪話語制高點(diǎn),提高議程設(shè)置能力;打造體育外交學(xué)科,建設(shè)體育外交人才隊伍;加強(qiáng)人員往來,加大招收留學(xué)生規(guī)模;提高學(xué)術(shù)水平,縮小交流"逆差"。
[Abstract]:The unfair encounter of the Chinese sports delegation at the Rio Olympic Games reflects that China lacks the right to speak in the field of international sports, which is mainly due to the poor quality of Chinese sports discourse and the poor effect of its communication. The subjective reasons such as insufficient agenda setting ability and the objective reasons such as the stereotype in the west, the international sports pattern in the west strong and the weak in the west, the weak position of the Chinese sports media and so on. In the face of this situation, China should formulate countermeasures: strengthen top-level design, formulate sports international discourse strategy, strengthen basic theory research, construct sports diplomatic discourse system, create discourse platform, innovate sports discourse expression mode; Support the overseas Chinese associations, support the construction of Chinese media, seize the high point of discourse, improve the ability to set the agenda, build the discipline of sports diplomacy, build the team of sports diplomatic talents, strengthen personnel exchanges, and increase the number of international students to be recruited. Raise academic level, reduce exchange "deficit".
