【摘要】：在吉隆坡舉行的國際奧委會全會中,我國成功獲得2022年冬奧會主辦權(quán),從此冰上運動掀開了發(fā)展的新篇章。為了將京張冬奧會辦成一屆精彩、非凡、卓越的奧運盛會,在習(xí)總書記提出的“三億人上冰雪”的號召下,我國開始大力推動冰雪運動的發(fā)展,“北冰南展”戰(zhàn)略再次提升了高度,“輪轉(zhuǎn)冰”計劃應(yīng)運而生。在蓬勃發(fā)展的速度輪滑運動中將有大量的優(yōu)秀運動員有望轉(zhuǎn)項競速滑冰,這將極大的緩解競速滑冰后備人才短缺的困難,從而解決冰上運動項目受地域局限的困境。從滑輪轉(zhuǎn)到冰刀,無論是器材、場地、規(guī)則,還是對體能的要求以及訓(xùn)練方法與手段等方面都有所改變,怎樣才能實現(xiàn)競技能力的無縫對接?本研究是通過文獻資料、對比分析、專家訪談及實驗測試等多種方法,對速度輪滑轉(zhuǎn)項競速滑冰的技能遷移進行研究。主要從速度輪滑和競速滑冰項目特征、競技能力、訓(xùn)練特征等方面進行相似性分析,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外成功案例,找出項目間的相同與差異,通過對比分析得出結(jié)論:速度輪滑和競速滑冰在供能和肌肉力學(xué)特征方面相似性極高;在比賽類型和競賽規(guī)則方面共通之處較多;對競技能力的要求基本相同;在體能、心理、智能及戰(zhàn)術(shù)方面極具相似性;速度輪滑和競速滑冰的訓(xùn)練周期和訓(xùn)練方法基本相同,在以上方面可以產(chǎn)生技能的正遷移。但在技能方面仍存在差異性,主要體現(xiàn)在下肢各彎曲角度、軀干與水平面的角度、蹬地(冰)角、擺臂幅度與方法、彎道身體傾斜角度等方面,因此技術(shù)細節(jié)上存在較大差異,在轉(zhuǎn)項后的訓(xùn)練中應(yīng)加以重視,否則容易產(chǎn)生負遷移。研究認為,速度輪滑運動員在轉(zhuǎn)項競速滑冰時,運動技能的遷移效果將直接影響到新技能的學(xué)習(xí),對轉(zhuǎn)型的成功與否起到至關(guān)重要的作用。運動技能遷移能產(chǎn)生正面影響,也可能出現(xiàn)負遷移現(xiàn)象,可以說是一把雙刃劍,應(yīng)正視它的兩面性。所以,應(yīng)從科學(xué)角度研究技能遷移規(guī)律,把握規(guī)律,增加正遷移的作用,有效避免負遷移的發(fā)生。希望通過本研究,能夠為廣大體育教師和教練員們在教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練當中提供一些幫助。
[Abstract]:At the International Olympic Committee plenum held in Kuala Lumpur, China successfully won the right to host the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, which opened a new chapter in the development of ice sports. In order to host the Beijing-Zhang Winter Olympic Games into a wonderful, extraordinary, and outstanding Olympic Games, under the call of General Secretary Xi Jinping that "300 million people go to snow and ice," China began to vigorously promote the development of ice and snow sports. The "North Ice southward Exhibition" strategy once again raised the height, "rotation ice" plan came into being. In the booming speed roller skating, there will be a large number of elite athletes who are expected to skate in turn, which will greatly alleviate the difficulty of the shortage of reserve talents for speed skating, and thus solve the dilemma of the regional limitation of ice skating events. From the pulley to the skate, whether it is equipment, venue, rules, or physical fitness requirements and training methods and means have changed, how can we achieve seamless docking of competitive ability? In this study, the skills transfer of speed roller skating was studied by means of literature, comparative analysis, expert interviews and experimental tests. Mainly from the speed roller skating and racing skating event characteristics, competitive ability, training characteristics and other aspects of similarity analysis, combined with domestic and foreign successful cases, to find out the same and difference between the projects. Through comparison and analysis, it is concluded that speed roller skating and racing skating are very similar in energy supply and muscle mechanics. There are many similarities in the types and rules of competition, the requirements of competitive ability are basically the same, there is great similarity in physical, psychological, intelligent and tactical aspects, and there are many similarities in physical, psychological, intelligent and tactical aspects. The training cycle and training method of speed roller skating and racing skating are basically the same, and the positive transfer of skills can be produced in these aspects. However, there are still differences in skills, mainly reflected in the bending angle of lower limbs, the angle of torso and horizontal plane, the angle of pedaling (ice), the amplitude and method of swing arm, the angle of tilt of curved body, and so on, so there are great differences in technical details. Attention should be paid to the training after transposition, otherwise negative migration is easy to occur. The results show that the transfer effect of sports skills will directly affect the learning of new skills and play an important role in the success of the transition. Sports skills transfer can have a positive effect, and may also appear negative transfer phenomenon, can be said to be a double-edged sword, it should be faced with its two sides. Therefore, we should study the rule of skill transfer from a scientific point of view, grasp the law, increase the role of positive transfer, and effectively avoid the occurrence of negative transfer. It is hoped that this study can provide some help for PE teachers and coaches in teaching and training.
