【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的提高,對于物質(zhì)消費有了更高的要求,更加注重養(yǎng)生、美容與鍛煉,尤其在健身鍛煉方面也逐漸青睞網(wǎng)球、瑜伽等這類新興的運動項目,網(wǎng)球作為優(yōu)雅與力量并舉的球類運動,其蘊含的獨特文化和魅力吸引著全國人們參與,高校大學生們更是趨之若鶩。在高校中推廣網(wǎng)球運動,很好的適應了網(wǎng)球熱的浪潮,不僅能充分鍛煉大學生的體魄,增強耐力,對培養(yǎng)大學生更高的審美情趣,提升個人修養(yǎng)也有諸多好處,此外還有助于及時舒緩升學、課業(yè)所帶來的壓力,調(diào)節(jié)情緒與狀態(tài)。經(jīng)常進行網(wǎng)球運動和相關比賽還能增進同學間的交流,改善人際關系。同時,推廣網(wǎng)球運動教學的發(fā)展,提高網(wǎng)球運動的開課率,可豐富大學生的課余時間。學生們從課上到課下都參與網(wǎng)球運動,能夠形成經(jīng)常鍛煉的良好習慣,也有助于發(fā)展當今重視的素質(zhì)教育,貫徹“終身體育”的理念。本文以陜西省榆林學院的體育系領導、體育教師和在校大學生為調(diào)查對象,對榆林學院網(wǎng)球運動開展現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查研究,知悉榆林學院網(wǎng)球運動發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和阻礙其進一步開展和普及所面臨的困難及制約因素,提出具體而針對性的建議和發(fā)展對策來解決當前面臨的瓶頸。本文采用了科學系統(tǒng)的研究方法,文獻資料法和問卷調(diào)查法等,為榆林學院網(wǎng)球運動的更好發(fā)展及更高普及率提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standards, they have higher requirements for material consumption, pay more attention to health care, beauty and exercise, especially in fitness exercise, and gradually favor such emerging sports as tennis, yoga, and so on. Tennis is a ball game with both elegance and strength. Its unique culture and charm attract people all over the country, and college students are flocking to it. The promotion of tennis in colleges and universities, very well adapted to the tide of tennis fever, not only can fully exercise the physique of college students, enhance endurance, to cultivate higher aesthetic interest of college students, improve personal cultivation also has many benefits. In addition, it helps to relieve the pressure, mood and state of school. Regular tennis and related competitions can also improve communication and interpersonal relations among students. At the same time, promoting the development of tennis teaching and improving the opening rate of tennis can enrich the extracurricular time of college students. Students can take part in tennis from class to class, form good habit of regular exercise, and help to develop quality education and carry out the idea of "lifelong physical education". The present situation of tennis development in Yulin University was investigated by the physical education department leaders, physical education teachers and college students in Yulin University of Shaanxi Province. To know the present situation of tennis development in Yulin College and the difficulties and restrictive factors that hinder its further development and popularization, and put forward specific and targeted suggestions and development countermeasures to solve the bottleneck. This paper adopts the scientific systematic research method, the literature method and the questionnaire survey method, provides the reference for the better development and the higher popularization rate of tennis in Yulin College.
