互惠式教學法在西安體育學院排球普修課應(yīng)用的實驗研究

【摘要】:互惠式教學法是莫斯頓頻譜教學風格中第三種教學方法。它是一種從由教師為中心過渡到以學生為中心的一種教學模式。其核心內(nèi)容為:為了使學生在體育教學中及時獲得反饋信息,在運動技術(shù)學習的過程中,將學生兩兩分組,互幫互助,為共同提高技術(shù)技能創(chuàng)造了條件。本文運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、實驗研究法等研究方法,以西安體育學院2104級運動系的部分學生為實驗對象進行18周的教學實驗,主要研究互惠式教學法對學生的排球?qū)W習興趣,排球?qū)m椝刭|(zhì)、排球基本技術(shù)的影響與作用,為我國體育院校排球教學方法的改革和進一步完善體育教學理論與實踐提供借鑒,豐富互惠式教學方法,為提高體育院校排球課的教學質(zhì)量提供參考。實驗結(jié)果表明:(1)互惠式教學法對于提高學生學習排球的興趣有積極的影響。通過實驗測試后得知,對照班和實驗班學生在學習排球興趣上具有顯著性差異,實驗后實驗班學生對學習排球有興趣的人數(shù)有57%,而對照班的人數(shù)有50%,由此可見,實驗班學生在排球的學習興趣方面明顯高于對照班學生。說明采用互惠式教學法在西安體育院校排球普修課中取得了較好的效果。(2)互惠式教學法對于提高學生排球?qū)m椛眢w素質(zhì)有一定影響。通過實驗,表明對照班和實驗班學生在排球?qū)m椈旧眢w素質(zhì)上都有所提高,對照班與實驗班相比較在專項素質(zhì)上P值分別為0.766、0.489、0.798、0.064,P值均大于0.05,說明兩種教學方法在對身體素質(zhì)影響上不具有顯著差異。(3)互惠式教學法有利于排球技術(shù)達標的提高。通過教學實驗測試后,得知實驗班和對照班學生在排球技術(shù)達標上有所提高,但是實驗班高于對照班,實驗后實驗班在墊球、傳球、發(fā)球、扣球的平均成績上以45.73、45.03、2.20、3.36高于對照班41.23、41.46、2.03、2.80的成績,這表明互惠式教學法對排球技術(shù)達標的提高有積極的影響。(4)互惠式教學法對學生掌握排球技術(shù)動作的規(guī)范性有很好的效果。教學實驗測試結(jié)果表明,實驗后實驗班學生在排球課技評考試中墊球高與對照組0.57分;傳球高于對照班0.88分;發(fā)球高于對照組0.54分;扣球高于對照班0.92分,由此可見,在提高排球的動作規(guī)范性上,互惠式教學法優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學法。(5)互惠式教學法對提高排球教學質(zhì)量有改善作用。通過教學驗后得知,實驗班和對照班學生在排球考核中總成績具有顯著性差異,對照班的平均成績?yōu)?3.71分,實驗班的平均成績是79.03分,很明顯實驗班高于對照班,說明采用互惠式教學法教學有利于提高學生成績,有利于提高排球教學質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Reciprocal teaching method is the third teaching method in Moston's spectrum teaching style. It is a kind of teaching mode from teacher-centered to student-centered. Its core content is: in order to make students get feedback information in physical education in time, in the process of learning sports technology, students are divided into two groups to help each other to create conditions for the joint improvement of technical skills. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and experimental research, this paper takes some students of 2104 department of Xi'an Institute of physical Education as experimental objects to carry out teaching experiments for 18 weeks. This paper mainly studies the influence and function of reciprocal teaching method on students' interest in volleyball learning, volleyball special quality, volleyball basic skills, and provides a reference for the reform of volleyball teaching methods and the further improvement of physical education teaching theory and practice in physical education colleges and universities in China. It provides reference for improving the teaching quality of volleyball course in physical education colleges by enriching reciprocal teaching methods. The results show that: (1) the reciprocal teaching method has a positive effect on improving students' interest in volleyball learning. After the experiment, we know that there are significant differences between the students of the control class and the experimental class in learning volleyball. After the experiment, the number of students in the experimental class who are interested in learning volleyball is 57, and the number of students in the control class is 50. The students in the experimental class were more interested in volleyball than those in the control class. It shows that the reciprocal teaching method has achieved good results in the general course of volleyball in Xi'an physical Education College. (2) the reciprocal teaching method has certain influence on improving the students' special physical quality of volleyball. The experimental results show that the students in the control class and the experimental class have improved in the basic physical quality of volleyball. Compared with the experimental class, the P values of the control class and the experimental class are 0.766U 0.489U 0.798n 0.064g P > 0.05, respectively, in comparison with the control class and the experimental class, the special quality of the control class and the experimental class are higher than 0.05, respectively. The results show that there is no significant difference between the two teaching methods on physical quality. (3) the reciprocal teaching method is beneficial to the improvement of volleyball technical standard. Through the teaching experiment test, we know that the students in the experimental class and the control class have improved the volleyball skills, but the experimental class is higher than the control class. After the experiment, the experimental class is on the pad, passing the ball and serving the ball. The average score of spiking was 45.73 / 45.03 / 2.203.36, which was higher than that of the control class 41.23/ 41.46/ 2.032.80, respectively. This indicates that the reciprocal teaching method has a positive effect on the improvement of volleyball technical standard. (4) the reciprocal teaching method has a good effect on the students' mastering the standard of volleyball technique action. The result of teaching experiment test shows that after the experiment, the students of the experimental class are 0.57 points higher than the control group, 0.88 points higher than the control class, 0.54 points higher than the control group in the volleyball technical evaluation test. The score of spiking is higher than that of the control class. It can be seen that the reciprocal teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method in improving the action standard of volleyball. (5) the reciprocal teaching method can improve the teaching quality of volleyball. After teaching, it was found that there was significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the total score of volleyball examination. The average score of the control class was 73.71, and the average score of the experimental class was 79.03, which was obviously higher than that of the control class. It is shown that the use of reciprocal teaching method is beneficial to the improvement of students' achievement and to the quality of volleyball teaching.
