【摘要】：為了掌握湖南省高校武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動員難度的編排、完成情況以及影響演練水平得分的因素,提高湖南省高校武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動員的訓(xùn)練水平和競技能力。采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地考察法、錄像分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、訪談法等對湖南省高校武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動員的難度編排、難度完成進(jìn)行分析,并將難度得分、難度級別、難度類型、難度段落分布分別與演練水平得分進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果顯示:湖南省高校武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動員難度分值編排不高,沒有滿分2分的運(yùn)動員。高級別難度選用率低。難度類型編排單一,男女運(yùn)動員均缺乏動動連接與套嵌連接的編排。難度段落分布不均衡,三四段沒有出現(xiàn)高級別難度;湖南省高校武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動員難度得分偏低,女子項目難度得分未超過1分,男子組只有太極拳和太極劍兩個項目難度得分超過1分,顯示訓(xùn)練水平與競技能力較低。男子劍術(shù)、太極劍,女子長拳、刀術(shù)、南拳、南刀和太極劍的難度得分與其他男女項目的難度級別、難度類型中的跳躍類、難度段落分布均與演練水平成顯著性相關(guān),男子長拳、南拳、太極拳、刀術(shù)、槍術(shù)、棍術(shù)、南棍和女子太極拳、槍術(shù)、劍術(shù)、棍術(shù)的難度得分與演練水平得分呈非常顯著性相關(guān),低級別難度、平衡類難度、腿法類類難度以及分布在一二段的低級別難度與演練水平得分有相關(guān)關(guān)系但不顯著。湖南省高校武術(shù)套路運(yùn)動員難度影響演練水平得分的原因,主要是難度動作完成前后停頓時間不合理造成套路節(jié)奏不分明,難度動作段落分布不均衡造成編排布局不合理,難度動作級別不高暴露運(yùn)動員競技水平較低,難度動作類型單一造成風(fēng)格不突出等。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the training level and competitive ability of the Wushu routine athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan Province, the difficulty arrangement, the completion situation and the factors affecting the score of the training level were mastered. By using the methods of literature, field investigation, video analysis, mathematical statistics, interview and so on, this paper analyzes the difficulty arrangement and completion of the Wushu routine athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan Province, and analyzes the difficulty score, difficulty grade, difficulty type, and so on. The distribution of difficulty paragraphs and the score of exercise level were analyzed respectively. The results show that the difficulty score of the Wushu routine athletes in Hunan Province is not high and there is no athlete with a full score of 2. The selection rate of high level difficulty is low. The arrangement of difficulty type is simple, and both male and female athletes lack the arrangement of dynamic connection and set-in connection. The distribution of difficulty paragraphs is not balanced, and there is no high level difficulty in three or four paragraphs; The difficulty score of Wushu routine athletes in Hunan Province is low, the difficulty score of women's events is not more than 1, and that of men's group is more than 1, which shows that the training level and competitive ability are low. The scores of men's sword, Taiji sword, women's Changquan, Dao, Nanquan, Nanjian and Taiji sword were significantly related to the level of difficulty of other male and female events, the jump type of difficulty type, the distribution of difficulty paragraphs, and the level of exercise. The scores of men's Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, knife, gun, stick, south stick and women's Taijiquan, gun, fencing, and stick are significantly related to the score of drill level, low level difficulty, balance type difficulty, The difficulty of leg class and the low level of difficulty distributed in one or two stages were correlated with the score of drill level, but they were not significant. The reason why the difficulty of the Wushu routine athletes in Hunan Province affects the score of the training level is mainly due to the unreasonable pause time before and after the completion of the difficulty movement, the lack of clear rhythm of the routine, the unbalanced distribution of the difficult movements and the unreasonable layout of the arrangement. The level of difficulty movement is not high, the level of athletes' competitive level is low, and the style is not outstanding because of the single type of difficult movement.
