【摘要】：利用文獻(xiàn)資料法、觀察法和訪談法,對(duì)比不同時(shí)期精武發(fā)展的使命和目標(biāo)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、活動(dòng)、資源、結(jié)構(gòu)等異同并探尋其社會(huì)機(jī)理及對(duì)其他體育社會(huì)組織運(yùn)作的啟示。當(dāng)代精武傳承近代精武運(yùn)作精髓并結(jié)合時(shí)代特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,因民眾需求、體制要求、法規(guī)規(guī)約等不同使精武呈現(xiàn)不同運(yùn)作模式。精武運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)在于,使命是組織發(fā)展靈魂;滿足民眾需求的目標(biāo)定位、精英領(lǐng)導(dǎo)領(lǐng)銜、活動(dòng)豐富且服務(wù)專業(yè)、資源多元整合、結(jié)構(gòu)扁平化是支撐;自主并與政府形成合作關(guān)系是方向;政策法規(guī)為組織提供空間和支持條件是保障。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, observation and interview, this paper compares the missions and objectives, leadership, activities, resources and structures of the development of Jingwu in different periods, and probes into its social mechanism and its enlightenment to the operation of other sports social organizations. Modern Jingwu inherits the essence of modern Jingwu operation and innovates in combination with the characteristics of the times. Due to the needs of the public, system requirements, regulations and rules, Jingwu presents different operation modes. The operational experience of Jingwu lies in that the mission is the soul of organizational development, the target orientation to meet the needs of the people, the leadership of the elite, the rich activities and professional service, the plural integration of resources, the flat structure is the support; Autonomy and cooperation with the government is the direction; policies and regulations to provide space for the organization and support conditions are guaranteed.
